On date above Deputy responded to above location in reference to a Fraud. Victim reported receiving a phone call from his credit card company advising him of an $880.00 online purchase that was made with his credit card at a Wal-Mart out of Bentonville, Arkansas. Victim informed Deputy he had not made the purchases.

On 11/04/2013 Deputy responded to the avove location in reference to a Fraud. Victim stated sometime between March 07, 2013 and October 22, 2013 an unknown subject fraudulently used the victims EBT card through out different location in the Santa Fe area totaling the amount of $666.48.

Location: 4700 block of Morning Lane, Santa Fe, NM (off of Agua Fria)
On 11/3/13 deputy responded to above location in reference to a burglary. Victim stated that sometime between 11/2/13 at 6:00 p.m. and 11/3/13 at 4:20 p.m. unknown persons gained entry into her residence. Victim stated that the unknown persons took a television, an Ipod, a jewelry box, and a file box. Estimated value of items taken is $1,020.00.

Suspect: Patrick Sena Age: 48 Santa Fe
Patrick Sena was arrested for DWI after deputies located him in his vehicle on Hyde Park Road regarding a welfare check. Sena showed signs of impairment. B.A.C. is pending blood analysis. Vehicle was seized pursuant to Santa Fe County DWI Seizure Ordanance.

Suspect: Vicente Roybal Age: 51 Santa Fe
Vicente Roybal was arrested for DWI after deputies drove upon him at his crashed Toyota pick-up on County Road 84 in the Jacona area. Roybal had slid down an embankment getting his vehicle stuck. Roybal showed signs of impairment and had a B.A.C. of .08 or greater. He was booked accordingly.

Stolen: (2) Camera lenses, Camera tripod and several USB drives and memory cards.
Victim reported that on Wednesday October 30, 2013 she hiking at the above location taking photos of the area. Victim stated she left her camera bag at the picnic table and when she returned the camera bag had been stolen.
The above listed item was valued at about $850.00

Arrested: Robert Valasquez, 28yoa Male, Santa Fe
On this date at approximately 0547am, the above individual was observed operating a red Chevy passenger car. Upon making contact with the driver it was found that he showed signs of intoxication. Subject was given the standardized field sobriety tests. The driver was subsequently placed under arrest and booked into the Santa Fe County Jail.
