Stolen: Multiple sets of gold/diamond earrings necklaces and rings

On above date deputies were dispatched to the 7500 block of Kachina Loop in regards to a residential burglary. Victim reported between September 2013 and October 2013 an unknown person took the above items without permission. No damage was reported to the residence. Case is under investigation.

On Friday, November 1, 2013 at 7:00 AM deputies responded to the location in reference to a report of an unresponsive male. Upon arrival of deputies and EMS the victim was found with no signs of life. The victim had an extensive medical history. Foul play is not suspected in this incident.

Victim: Male, 32, Santa Fe, NM
Suspect: Female, 27, Santa Fe, NM
On Friday November 1, 2013 at 4:00 AM the suspect and victim were involved in a verbal altercation at the location. The altercation turned physical when the suspect intentionally sturck the victim's parked vehicle with her vehicle. This caused another parked vehicle to strick a cinder block wall. The suspect fled the scene and an Warrent for her arrest was obtained.

Ernest Martiez was arrested for Battery against a Household Member after deputies responded to a domestic dispute and learned that he had battered a Household Member. Marinez was booked accordingly.

Suspect: Desirae Valdez Age; 25 Santa Fe
Desirae Valdez was arrested and booked for Driving on a Revoked License for a prior DWI and Leaving the Scene of an Accident after deputies responded to 6629 Airport Road regarding a crash involving a pedestrian. The pedestrian suffered minor injury to left leg when the suspect backed into the pedestrian who was walking in parking lot. Vehicle was seized pursuant to Santa Fe County DWI Seizure Ordinance.

On 10/29/13 deputy was dispatched to above location in reference to a burglary. Victim stated that between 12:30 p.m. and 4:00 p.m. unknown persons gained entry into her residence by prying a window. Victim stated that unknown persons took a computer, liquor, prescription medication, keys to the residence and vehicle, misc. jewelry, and a 1994 Oldsmobile sedan. Estimated value of items taken is $16,155.00. Estimated damage amount is $800.00.
