On Friday, March 28, 2014 at 12:09 AM the suspect forced entry into a residence at the location by shattering the living room window. Once entry was gained he pointed a 9 MM handgun at Victim #1 and pulled the trigger. The gun failed to fire. The suspect then grabbed Victim #1 and forced her to exit the residence. She picked up Victim #2 who was on a bed. Once outside the residence the suspect pointed the gun at Victim #1 two more times and pulled the trigger. Each time she was holding Victim #2 and again the gun failed to fire. Victim #1 sustained a minor laceration to a finger and Victim #2 was uninjured. The suspect fled the scene.

Victim reports at the above location between the hours of 9:15a.m. and 5:44p.m. on today's date unknown person(s) gained unlawful forced entry. Entry was gained through the front door by prying it open. Once inside the residence it was ransacked and nothing was reported missing. Case still pending further investigation.

On March 27,2014 victim reported between 9:15 am 3:00 pm unknown persons broke a window to the residence and gained entry. Once inside suspects ransacked the residence and stole numerous items. Suspect than used one of the stolen credit cards at a gas station in the Espanola Area. Suspect identification is pending further investigation.

Location: New Mexico Highway 14 mile marker 42, Santa Fe, NM
Arrested: Amanda Ahumada, 25 yoa female, Santa Fe, NM
Charges: Aggravated DWI, Roadways laned for traffice, Driving while license suspended, and Concealing Identity
Deputy observed at the above location a Red in color Honda Civi traveling northbound failing to maintain its lane of travel. A traffic stop was conducted on the vehicle, at which time contact was made with driver. Driver had an odor of intoxicant emitting from her breath and person. SFST's were conducted and driver displayed signs of inpairment. Driver was arrested and read the New Mexico Implied Consent Advisory, at which time refused. Through further investigation it was found that the driver provided the Deputy with a false name. Confirmation of the aboves true identity showed she had a suspended license, and active warrants for her arrest. Suspect was then booked and charged accordingly without further incident.

On March 26, 2014 at about 7:50 pm contact was made with subject in the parking lot of the park. Subject was found to have the above listed warrant for her arrest. Subject was booked into Santa Fe County Jail without incident.

On March 25th 2014 Deputies responded to the location of 3A Loma Manzanita in reference to a family abuse argument. During the course of the investigation Deputies found that a physical altercation occurred during which time Robert D. Armijo pushed his father Robert A. Armijo, in the chest causing an abrasion. Robert D. Armijo was arrested for battery against a household member and book into the Santa Fe County Adult Detention Center without incident .

On Tuesday, March 25, 2014 between 7:15 AM and 6:00 PM the suspect utilized a spare key to gain unautghorized access to a residence at the location. Once entry was gained the suspect removed $30.00 in US currency. The suspect was located at his residence and admitted to the incident.

On March 25th 2014 Deputies responded to a residence located at 4650 Airport Road regarding a reported burglary that had occurred. During the course of the investigation Deputies learned that on March 25 2014 between the hours of 1:00 pm and 8:30 pm the victims’ residence was entered and items were removed from the residence. According to the victim the total value of the items taken amounted to $2,999.00. At this time there are no known suspects.
