On 5/7/13 deputy was dispatched to the above location in reference to burglary. Victim stated that between 9:30 a.m. and 5:20 p.m. unknown persons gained entry into her residence. Victim noticed that the back door was forced open. Victim stated unknown suspects took a credit card and Ipod speakers. Estimated value of items taken is $20.00. Estimated damage amount is $150.00.

On 5/7/13 between 2:30pm and 3:50pm, a male subject was seen walking in the yard of the above residence. Victim went over to the location and found the north door to the residence open with a crow bar on the ground. The door had been pried open and was damaged. Estimated damage amount is $50.00. No items were taken.

Victim reported to Deputy that sometime between 5/6/2013 at 7:30 am and Today 5/7/2013 at 7:45 am, unknown persons stole the listed vehicle from the driveway of the home. Vehicle has been entered into N.C.I.C. Case is under Investigation.

Subject passed Deputy traveling at a high rate of speed on State Road 599. Subject refused to stop the vehicle when directed to by Deputy. Subject stopped after a short chase. Subject was arrested and taken to jail.

On 05-05-13 the male victim was drinking with a male friend at a residence on Roys Corner. The frriend got upset with the victim and threw a knife at him, which stabbed him in the foot. The victim was transported to Saint Vincent Hospital for treatment. The victim could not provide detailed information on the friend.

On 5/5/13 deputy was dispatched to above location in reference to a domestic dispute. Victim stated that the suspect got mad at him because he (victim) made a comment to the suspect's girlfriend. Suspect then punched the victim several times in the face and they both rolled around on the ground. Suspect then fled the scene and a warrant was drafted for the suspect. Suspect was not located.

Charged: Battery on a Household Member
On 5/4/13 deputy was dispatched to above location in reference to a domestic dispute. Victim stated that she took suspect's Ipod away. Victim stated that she and the suspect got into an argument and the suspect tackled the victim. Victim then went outside and the suspect locked her out of the residence. Juvenile Probation authorized incarceration.

Location: 7510 Airport Road (Shell Gas Station)
Arrested: Jessie Aguilar, 23-year-old male from Rio Rancho N.M.
On 05-04-13 at about 9:00PM Deputies observed Mr. Aguilar and another male involved in a physical altercation in the parking lot of the Shell Gas Station. Mr. Aguilar was observed battering and assulting the other male. It was determined Mr. Aguilar was the agressor. He was arrested and booked into the Santa Fe County Jail on the baove charges.

Victim: 29-year-old male
On 05-04-13 at about 12:00AM Deputies responded to a report of a suicide at a residence on State Road 14. Upon arrival a 29-year-old male was found deceased in the residence with an apparent self inflicted gunshot wound to the head. Criminal Investigations was called out to the scene and conducted an investigation.
