On 10/16/13 deputies responded to take a report from the victim who stated that she received a call from Century Link about an outstanding balance. Victim stated that she never had service with Century Link. Victim stated that Century Link confirmed all of her personal information except for her address. Victim did not obtain the amount that is owed.

On 10/16/13 deputy responded to above location in reference to a possible burglary. Victim stated that between 10:00 a.m. and 1:30 p.m. unknown persons cut the lock to her shed. Victim stated that unknown persons also opened a tool box which was in the bed of a vehicle parked on the property. Nothing was taken. Estimated damage amount is $8.00.

On 10/16/13 deputy responded to 35 Camino Justicia in reference to the victim wanting to file a report on a stolen trailer. Victim stated that between 10/5/13 at 4:00 p.m. and 10/15/13 at 12:00 p.m. unknown persons took a black in color trailer with 2 axles from a construction site. Estimated value of the trailer is $2,000.00.

Victim stated that some unknown person has made the above fraudulent charges on victims Capital One Credit Card, and misc. medical charges sometime between July 2013 and this date. This incident is currently under investigation by the Sheriff’s Office

Victim reported Sometime between October 16, 2013 at 8:45am and October 16, 2013 the suspect gained forced entry into the above residence and damaged the property within, totaling to about $26970.00 in damage. The victim found the suspect sleeping in the upstairs bedroom upon his return.

Victim reported to Deputy that between 10-13-2013 at 10:00 pm and 10-14-2013 at 5:00 pm, unknown persons gained entry into his unlocked vehicle and shed located on the same property. Once the suspect gained entry into the locations, the suspect stole the listed items.

On above date deputies were dispatched in reference to breaking and entering/criminal damage. Victim reported that sometime between Friday and this date an unknown individual(s) made entry into a transport van parked on the property. Entry was made through an emergency exit located on the roof of the vehicle. No items were reported stolen at this time. The damage was valued at about $1000.00

Location: Peaks Place Mobile Home Park - Tesuque, NM
The victim reported that sometime between 9:00am and 11:00pm on 10/13/13, someone forced entry through the back door of her residence. Several electronic items, jewelry, and clothing were stolen from inside. No suspects or witnesses were known at the time of the report. Investigation is still ongoing.
Case #021316209 - Aggravated Fleeing - 10/14/13

Location: US 84/285 - Pojoaque, NM
Arrested: Anthony Griego - age 18, Santa Fe, NM
Above driver was observed driving 79mph through the town of Pojoaque in a 45mph zone. A traffic stop was attempted and the driver fled, continuing to drive recklessly by driving in the opposing lane of traffic and turning off its lights. Deputies pursued for about 12 minutes until the vehicle crashed into a guard rail off Rio Arriba County Road 16. The driver fled on foot and was later apprehended.

On 10/13/13 deputy responded to above location in reference to a residential alarm. Victim stated that today between 10:30 a.m. and 11:40 a.m. unknown persons gained entry into her garage and stole several items. Victim stated that an unknown amount of US Currency , misc. jewelry, a Bose stereo, and Nambe Ware was stolen from inside. Estimated value of all items taken is $184,400.00. There was no damage to the garage.
