Sometime between 11-12-12 at 9:30pm and 11-13-13 at 7:30am, unknown person(s) removed the above items from a chrome tool box on a Nissan truck. The vehicle was parked in the driveway of the victims residence. Suspect information is pending at this time.

Charges: Battery on School Personnel, Assault on School Personnel, Selling, Giving, Providing alcohol to a minor, Concealing Identity

On 11-12-12 Deputies were dispatched to the above location in regards to a male subject, who was intoxicated. Upon arrival contact was made with two school employees, who advised the above suspect was intoxicated and became combative with them. It was learned during the investigation a Resident Aide was struck in the left cheek by the suspect. It was further learned the suspect attempted to attack a Transportation Officer by rushing towards him with a closed fist. I attempted to speak with the suspect to obtain his identity at which time he refused to identify himself. The suspect was placed under arrest and booked into the Santa Fe County Jail accordingly.

Stolen: 76" x 96" aluminum sign

Value: $651.68

Sometime between 11-07-12 and 11-11-12 unknown person (s) removed a the above sign from US 84/ 285. The sign was described as being metal with a vinyl cover. The sign belonged to the Roadrunner Cafe. Suspects are pending at this time.

Arrested: Ricardo Vasquez (18yrs old)

On 11-14-12 the above male subject grabbed a female subjects purse from a seat inside the casino and fled on foot. Security at the casino apprehended the male subject and detained him till Sheriff’s Deputies arrived on scene. The victims purse contained $1472 cash. The above subject was arrested and booked accordingly at the Santa Fe County Jail

Driver was located on a private drive after the Sheriff’s Office received several calls about a suspicious vehicle in the area. Upon initiating contact with the driver he was found to show signs of impairment. He was administered SFST’s where he continued to displayed signs of impairment. Driver was placed under arrest for DWI. Driver was booked accordingly into Santa Fe County Jail.

Charged:  DWI, Roadways Laned for Traffic

On Monday, November 12, 2012 at 7:07 PM the suspect was operating the vehicle south at the location and was unable to maintain a single lane of travel.  The suspect was found to be under the influence of a prescription medication and submitted to a Blood Test.  The results of the Blood Test are pending.

Stolen:3 sheets of plywood, 2 tarps, 2 glass table tops, 2 boxes of dishes, Weber Grill, 100 lbs of rock, 2 bags of aluminum cans, and misc. hand tools Total Estimated Value: $1,019.00

Victim reports at the above location between the hours of 9:00am and 12:00pm unknown suspect(s) took the above items.  Damage was also sustained on a 1996 Motorcycle and pieces of plywood.  Victim then called back and reported that sometime between the hours of 4:00pm and 8:30pm suspect(s) returned, cutting the lock on the front door.  Once inside trash was thrown around and a mirror was damaged.  Total estimated value: $1,645.00. Case still pending further investigation.

Arrested: Sandra Arias, 30-year-old female from Espanola New Mexico

On 11-12-2012 at approximately 12:00AM a traffic stop was conducted on a white in color Honda Accord after it was observed driving over a curb while leaving the Cities of Gold Casino.  Contact was made with the driver, Mrs. Arias who was showed signs of impairment.  Further investigation revealed Mrs. Arias was driving under the influence of alcohol.  She was arrested and Booked into the Santa Fe County Jail accordingly.
