Above person was stopped after Deputy observed him operating a scooter on the listed roadway without headlamps being used and without a license plate. Contact was made with the driver who was found to be operating the vehicle with a revoked license. Listed driver was arrested and taken to jail where he was booked accordingly with several traffic violations.

Vehicle: Black/Gray 1991 Ford F250 pick up
Victim reported Sometime between October 10, 2013 at 5:00pm and October 13, 2013 at 10:00am an unknown suspect took the above vehicle from the above location. Victim indicated that his father parked the vehicle at the above location on October the 10, 2013 and left the doors unlocked with the keys in the ash tray. Victim indicated that the vehicle is unique because the front of the truck is solid black and the bed of the truck is solid grey. The vehicle also has a black headache rack with elk on the rear glass and wood lumber racks on the bed of the truck.

On 10/11/13 deputy was dispatched to above location in reference to a criminal damage to property. Victim stated that between 10/4/13 and 10/11/13 unknown persons damaged his vehicle. Victim stated that unknown persons struck the vehicle with an item and also cut the wires. Estimated value of items taken is $5000.00.

Suspect: Alfred Romero, age 63, Santa Fe, NM
Charged: Driving while license revoked, Speeding, No Insurance, Display of wrong plate
On 10/12/13 deputy observed above vehicle traveling on east on Agua Fria at a high rate of speed. Deputy conducted traffic stop on above vehicle. Upon contact with driver a license inquiry was conducted and revealed that suspect had a revoked driver's license with the arrest clause. Suspect did not provide insurance for the vehicle. The vehicle was displaying the wrong plate. Suspect was arrested, transported and booked into the Santa Fe County Adult Detention Ctr. Vehicle was seized as per Santa Fe County Ordinance 2013-5.

Damaged: Hot tub LCD front screen shattered, tv power cord was cut
Victim reported Sometime between 10/5/13 and 10/8/2013 unknown suspects entered the residence and damaged the above listed items. Unknown suspects left the residence a mess by throwing potting soil through the residence and ransacked the residence. No items were taken from the residence just the damaged listed items were damaged.
The above listed items were valued at about $400.00

On this date the victim reported that sometime between March 2013 and august 2013 some unknown person made unauthorized bank drafts through PayPal on his account. The total amount taken from the account was $423.17, victim believes his account was compromised after writing checks.

Deputies responded to a single motor vehicle crash and found the driver to show signs of impairment. He was placed under arrest and booked into the Adult Detention Center accordingly.

Charged: Possession of Marijuana, Bench warrant out of Santa Fe Magistrate Court M-49-TR-2010-07250
On 10/10/13 deputy observed a vehicle fail to yield at a red light at the above location. A traffic stop was conducted in which it was learned that the suspect had a bench warrant out of Santa Fe Magistrate Court for failure to pay fines. Deputy detected an odor of marijuana on the suspect in which suspect gave him a baggy of a green leafy substance. Suspect was arrested on the bench warrant and possession of marijuana. Suspect was transported and booked into the Santa Fe County Adult Detention Center.

Missing: 15 y/o female
The father of the 15y/o female reported that she left to school in the morning and was not at the school when she was going to be picked up. The daughter texted her father saying she wasn't coming home. Friends of the daughter said she may be with another male and the father told the investigating deputy that his daughter had runaway numerous times in the past. The daughter was entered into the National Crime Information Center and reported to the Missing Person Clearing House.
