Deputies responded to the above location at approximately 12:51 a.m. for a single vehicle collision. The driver to a 2001 Black Honda Accord drove off the embankment into the arroyo at the above location. The driver admitted to consuming alcoholic beverages. SFST's were conducted and the driver displayed signs of impairment. The above was arrested for DWI and submitted to a breath test with results .17/ .18. The above was booked and arrested without further incident.

Location: residence off of Calle Sinsonte, Santa Fe, NM (off of SR 599 Frontage Road)
On 8/13/13 deputy was dispatched to above location in reference to a fraud. Victim stated that on 8/1/13 unknown persons used one of his credit cards at a business. Victim stated that there were 2 transactions (one in Santa Fe and the other in Rio Rancho.) Victim contacted the businesses and advised them that he did not make those transactions. Victim stated that the business told him they sent him another card in which he did not receive. Estimated value of the charged items is $264.58.

Location: business off of A Van U Po, Santa Fe, NM (off Richard's Avenue)
On 8/13/13 deputy responded to above location in reference to a larceny. Victim stated that on Saturday August 10, 2013 at approximately 11:08 and 11:37 a.m. 2 unknown subjects went into the building and stole 8 Imac computers. Estimated value of items taken is $13,600.00. No damage was done to the building.

Location: Valle Tapia - Pojoaque, NM
Deputies responded to a report of a 15 year old juvenile who forcibly took a backpack from an 11 year old juvenile. Further investigation concluded that the suspect also battered his mother and damaged a television. The juvenile was placed under arrest and booked into the Juvenile Detention Center accordingly.

Victim reports someone entered his residence window while he was away between 8:45am and 7:35pm on 8/12/13. The suspect(s) stole power tools, a compressor, cameras, and cash from inside. No suspects or witnesses have been identified.

Arrested: Orlando Salazar 42 year old male, Espanola NM
On August 12, 2013 the above suspect’s cell was searched and 4 Suboxone wrappers congaing 19 and a half orange Suboxone strips were found. A Syringe was also found in the cell that he was housed in. Suspect was rebooked into Santa fe County Adult Detention Center on above charges.

Location: 4500 block Hwy 14 (Turquoise Trail Area)
Stolen: 2013 Viewfinder travel trailer model V28FL. White & Gray with 2 slide outs on the driver side, V-nose instead of a round nose
The victim stated he left the above location around 5:00pm on August 11, 2013. He advised this morning around 10:30am when he arrived to work the barbwire fence near Hwy 14 was cut and there were tire impressions in the dirt. Victim stated he did an inventory of his property and found the above travel trailer missing from the lot. Tire and shoe impressions were found near the barbwire fence. Vehicle owner signed a stolen vehicle affidavit and the trailer was entered into NCIC.

Location: Rabbit Rd (Hondo Area)
Stolen: Black 2008 CW 5’x10’ Flatbed Trailer with 4' ramp, 12" plywood walls. Value $1500.00
The victim stated he parked the above trailer around 2:00 p.m. on August 11, 2013 at the above location. He advised this morning around 8:00 a.m. his trailer was missing from the south side of the property. Registered owner signed a stolen vehicle affidavit and the trailer was entered into NCIC.
