On 03-03-2013 at about 9:30PM Deputies responded to a domestic dispute involving the above defendant and a family member. The investigation revealed the defendant battered his family member. He was arrested and booked accordingly.

Victim reported on Saturday March 2, 2013 at 11;00pm he was walking near the above stated location when he heard someone walking behind him. He turned around saw two unidentified males and they beat him unconscious. The victim woke up at his residence on the next date and realized his watch and cell phone were missing. This case is currently under investigation.

On March 1, 2013, at about 4:15am, neighbors saw a male suspect prying open the door to the Crystal Dragon Jewelry Store. The suspect fled in a white in color, Lexus. Further investigation at the scene revealed several missing pieces of jewelry, totaling about $4000.00. Investigation is still ongoing.

The above suspect was arrested and charged for purchasing alcoholic beverages for a person under the age of 21 at the above establishment.

Arrested: Henry Martinez, 35-year-old male from Espanola N.M.
On 03-02-2013 at about 8:00PM the above defendant crashed his black in color ford mustang at the above location. The defendant was found to be under the influence of alcohol. 2 open beer bottles were also located in the vehicle and he could not provide proof of insurance. He refused to take a breath test and was arrested on the above charges.

Arrested: Tisha Cheresposy, 26-year-old female from Espanola N.M.
On 03-03-2013 at about 12:30AM Mrs. Cheresposy was involved in a minor mortor vehicle crash at the above location while operating a 1996 Chevrolet truck. She was found to be driving with a revoked drivers license. She was arrested and the Chevrolet truck was seized in accordance with the Santa Fe County Seizuer Policy.

Charges: Driving while license suspended or revoked, Driver must be licensed, and Vehicle approaching or entering intersection
Deputy observed a Black in color Chevrolet Prism fail to yield the right of way to a vehicle which had entered into the above intersection. Vehicle was stopped and the driver was found to have a revoked license with the arrest clause. Above suspect was placed under arrest and booked accordingly into the ADC without further incident.
