Deputies were dispatched to assist Tesuque PD with a traffic stop for failure to maintain lanes. The driver showed signs of impairment and was driving while his license was revoked due to a prior DUI, he also refused to submit to a breath test. The subject was arrested and booked into Santa Fe ADC

Deputies made contact with the subject during a traffic stop. The subject had an active arrest warrant out of Taos Magistrate Court for failure to appear with the original charge of purchasing a license while their license was revoked. The subject was arrested and booked into Santa Fe ADC.
