Deputies responded to a MVA with injuries involving a cyclist. During investigation, a suspect and vehicle were identified. The vehicle and suspect were located. Suspect was arrested and booked without incident. Case is under investigation.

Deputies were dispatched to the above-mentioned location regarding an aggravated assault. Upon Law Enforcement's arrival, SFCRECC advised that the victim had already left the scene and had requested contact via telephone. Contact was made with the victim via telephone, who stated that an unknown male exited his vehicle and "flashed" a handgun at her. The victim was not able to provide LE with a License plate and described the suspect to be a 50-year-old male with facial hair wearing a gray shirt. Deputies searched the area for the suspect to no avail. The Espanola Police Department was also advised of the incident.

Deputies responded to location afrer receiving reports of a female possibly deceased. Once on scene and through invesitgation, no signs of foul play were observed or suspected. Cause of death appears to be from natural causes.
