Arrested: Pedro Morales Barriga (46 YO)
Deputies were dispatched to assist Tesuque Tribal on a traffic stop with a possible impaired driver. Deputies attemped to have the driver perform SFST's, however they were stopped due to the driver being unable to maintain balance. Driver refused a breath test, and was arrested.

Deputies were dispatched to a report of criminal damage to property. The property manager of the location stated he noticed their gate to be damaged and appeared the suspect(s) were attempting to access the RV parking lot adjacent to their property. Property Manager stated the value of the damage is approximately 2000 dollars.

Deputies were initially dispatched to a damaged gate. Upon investigation however, a vehicle was located with a busted window. Contact with the owner was made who confirmed someone broke into and tried to steal it. Evidence was collected and will be submitted.

Arrested: L. Vargas 33 YOM
Subject was served with an active warrant while incarcerated at Santa Fe ADC. The warrant was for Child abuse, aggravated assault x4, aggravated stalking, possession, criminal damage, and DWI.
Case #2024000651 / DUI, Parking on Roadway, 2/5/2024

Location: Ridgetop Rd. & Pinon Bluffs Dr.
Arrested: Asher Reid (28 YO)
While patrolling, Deputies observed a vehicle running, partially parked in the roadway. As Deputies approached the vehicle they observed the driver passed out at the wheel. Contact was made with the driver and he admitted to drinking alcohol. SFST's were performed and signs of impairment were observed. Driver consented to breath test and same came back .08g/210L. Driver was arrested and charged accordingly.

Arrested: Bobby Salazar (46 YO)
Traffic stop was conducted and passenger (Bobby) was found to have active arrest warrants. Warrants were for the following; Failure to Appear on original charge of Battery Against a Household Member, and Failure to Appear on original charge of Shoplifting.
Case #2024000649 / AGG BATT (Deadly Weapon), Reckless Driving, Revoked DL - 2/4/2024

Arrested: Gonzalo Rubio-Terrazas (57 YO)
Deputies responded to a road rage incident where the suspect was intentionally ramming another vehicle multiple times, eventually causing them to crash. A traffic stop was conducted on the suspect vehicle and the driver was found to have a revoked drivers license. Driver of the suspect vehicle was arrested and charged accordingly.
Case #2024000668, Driving While License Revoked & Speeding, 2/6/2024

Traffic stop was conducted on a vehicle speeding down Airport Road. Driver was found to have a revoked drivers license with the arrest clause. Driver was arrested and charged accordingly.

Deputies were dispathed to a female who was experiencing a mental breakdown. While on scene, contact was made with Mr. Valencia who was found to have a valid warrant for his arrest. The warrant was for failing to appear on original charge of Careless Driving. Mr. Valencia was arrested without incident.

Arrestee: Carlos Gallegos 46 YOM
Deputies were dispatched to a burglary in progress. Upon arrival, contact was made with Mr. Gallegos who admitted to Deptuy Dillinger that he did enter the premise without permission and also knew that he was trespassed. Mr. Gallegos gained access through a rear bedroom window. Mr. Gallegos was arrested without incident.
