On Friiday, January 25, 2013 at 1:46 AM the suspect was operating the vehicle north at the location. The suspect lost control of the vehicle allowing it to leave the roadway on the right side and roll 1 time. The suspect was under the influence of an intoxicating liquor and submitted to a Blood Alcohol Test. Results of that test are pending. The suspect was treated at Christus Saint Vincent Regional Medical Center for non-life threatening injuries.

Above suspect got into a verbal and physical altercation with her mother, brother and cousin. Suspect bit her mother on the forearm, punched her cousin in the face, bit her cousin on the finger, and strike her brother in face with a lamp. Authorization for incarceration was granted by Juvenile Probation Office and suspect was arrested and booked on the above charges without further incident.

On 1/24/13 deputies were dispatched to above location in reference to a domestic dispute. Victim stated that suspect came home intoxicated and started verbally abusing her. Victim stated that the suspect pushed her to the ground and threatened her. Suspect broke a birdbath in front yard. Suspect began to kick the passenger door of the patrol unit. Suspect then began to kick at deputies. Suspect continued to be abusive and use profane language in the middle of the roadway. Suspect was arrested, transported and booked into the Santa Fe County Adult Detention Center. Estimated damage amount is $100.00.

On this date Deputies responded to the above address in reference to a death investigation. The victim (84 year old female) was found unresponsive and not breathing by a family member. CPR was conducted but was unsuccessful, there were no signs of foul play located at the scene. This incident is currently under investigation by the Sheriff’s Office.

On this date Deputies responded to the above location in reference to a welfare check. The victim (78 year old male) was found at the above location unresponsive and not breathing, there did not appear to any signs of foul play and death appears to be of natural causes. This incident is currently under investigation by the Sheriff’s Office.

Location: Residence on El Sol Court, La Cienega area of santa Fe County
On 01/24/2013 at about 12:30AM there was an altercation at the above location involving several male individuals who were fighting with the male victim. As the male victim was leaving in his vehicle unknown individuals threw rocks at his vehicle causing the rear window to break and causing several dents to the right side of the vehicle. The damage was estimated at about $1,500.

Arrested: Joel Lopez-Zamora, 49-year-old male from Santa Fe N.M.
On 01-23-2013 at about 11:00PM Mr. Lopez-Zamora was observed traveling northbound in the southbound lanes of I-25 near mile marker 184 at approximately 55 mph. A traffic stop was conducted on his vehicle, which finally came to a stop at mile post 186. Upon contact with Mr. Lopez-Zamora he showed signs of impairment. A DWI investgation revealed he was under the influence of alcohol. He was arrested and booked into the Santa Fe County Jail accordingly.

Victim reports sometime between 7:30am and 6:00pm unknown suspect(s) gained unlawful forced entry into the above location. Entry was gained through the kitchen window by cutting the screen and forcing the window open. Once inside the above items were taken. Total estimated value of damage $425.00. Case still pending further.
