Stolen: (1) Blue in color piggy bank with $20.00 in change, (1) black in color Sony Bravia 32" flat screen television, (1) prescription bottle of Armour Thyroid, (3) prescription bottles of morphin, (1) yellow round tuperware with multi vitamins, (1) brown in color jewelry box with cuff links and a pair of dice, and (1) black in color HP Photosmart e-all-in one wireless printer.
Victim reported ton today's date between the times of 7:30am to 5:15pm, unknown persons gained unauthorized access into the victim’s house and took the above items. There were signs of forced entry to the residence. This incident is currently under investigation by the Sheriff’s Office.

On 1/23/13 deputy was dispatched to above location in reference to a burglary. Victim stated that sometime between 1300 hours on 1/22/13 and 1200 hours on 1/23/13 unknown persons gained entry into his vehicle and took a wallet containing $75.00 in cash and 10 CD's. Victim stated that the unknown persons broke the front passenger window and bent the front passenger door frame. Estimated value of items taken is $200.00. Estimated damage amount is $1000.00.

Arrested: Abel Hernandez, 24 yoa, Santa Fe, NM
On this date Deputies responded to the above location in regards to a domestic dispute. The investigationn revealed that a verbal altercation took place and the altercation turned physical. The above suspect was arrested and booked into the Santa Fe County Jail.

Location: State Road 599 mm 10, Santa Fe, NM
Suspect: Andrew Martinez, age 24, Isleta, NM
Charged: Speeding, Driving while License Suspended/Revoked
On 1/23/13 deputy was parked stationary south of mm 10 on State Road 599 when he observed a vehicle traveling southbound at a high rate of speed. Deputy clocked the vehicle on radar traveling 68 mph in a 55 mph zone. A traffic stop was conducted and deputy made contact with driver. A license inquiry was conducted and revealed that the driver's license was revoked/suspended. Driver was placed under arrest, transported and booked into the Santa Fe County Adult Detention Center. Vehicle was seized as per Santa Fe County Ordinance.
