Arrested: Efrain Perales, 18-year-old male from Santa Fe N.M.
On 05-25-2013 at about 1:30AM Deputies responded to a fight at the McDonald's. Upon arrival contact was made with Mr. Perales who was bleeding from his nose. He was intoxicated and admitted to consuming alcohol. He was yelling and refused several requests from Deputies to calm down and be quiet. He was subsequently arrested and booked into the jail on the above charges after being treated at St. Vincent Hospital.

Detention Staff reported that while conducting a pat down of the listed suspect they lcoated narcotics in her possession. Suspect was charged and booked.

Charged: Battery against a household member
On 5/24/13 deputies were dispatched to above lcoation in reference to a domestic dispute. Victim stated that she got home and an argument ensued between her and the suspect. Victim stated that during the argument suspect grabbed her by both upper arms and pushed her away. Suspect admitted to grabbing the victim. Victim had injuries to both sides of her arms. Suspect was arrested, transported and booked into the Santa Fe County Adult Detention Center.
