Deputies conducted a traffic stop on a Green in color Honda Accord upon contact it was discovered the driver had active warrants. A searched was conduct on the above suspect upon arrest and found a black rock in the above suspect's pocket. Substance was field tested and tested to be Heroin. Suspect was booked and transported to the Santa Fe County Adult Detention Center on the above charges.

On 01-21-13 at approximately 2128-hours/ 9:28pm Deputies were dispatched to the above location in regards to a Domestic Dispute. Deputies learned while speaking to the complainant that Alfred Romero had a .22 caliber revolver stashed under the front seat of her vehicle. Alfred was found to have been convicted of a Felony in the State of New Mexico and currently under the supervision of Probation or Parole. Alfred was placed under arrest for being a Felon in Possession of a Firearm. Adult Probation and Parole issued an Arrest Order which was also served. Alfred was booked into the Santa Fe County Jail accordingly.

Victim reports unknown suspect(s) gained unlawful entry into the above location sometime between Thanksgiving and Christmas of 2012 as she was airing out the residence. Victim reports around December 29th, 2012 various items started to go missing and today noticed the guns missing. Case still pending further.

Suspect: Theresa Quintana Age: 46 Santa Fe,NM
Driver of vehicle was stopped after Deputy observed a traffic violation. Contact was made with driver and she was informed of why the stop was initiated. A drivers license inquiry was done with the return showing that the driver was operating a vehicle while her license was revoked with the arrest clause. Driver was arrested and taken to jail where she was booked accordingly.

Victim reported on yesterday's date, 01-19-2013 between the hours of 1:00pm and 5:00pm at 9:00am. Persons gained unauthorized access into the victim’s house and took the above items. There were no signs of forced entry to the residence. This incident is currently under investigation by the Sheriff’s Office.
The above listed item was valued at about $10,800.00

Victim reported that on today's date between the hours of 6:50pm and 7:10pm, some unknown person burglarized her passenger vehicle. Forced entry was made by breaking a window to the vehicle.The inside of the vehicle was ransacked. This case is currently being investigated.
