On 05-10-13 between 8:00PM and 12:30AM someone broke the passenger window of the victim's 1996 Chevrole S-10 truck and stole a socket set while it was parked in the parking lot of the Cities of Gold Casino.

On 05-10-13 the victim reported on 05-08-13 a female stole her purse while at the Cities of Gold Casino. The victim stated she had placed her purse near a slot machine and then switched to another machine. Once she realized she had left her purse she returned to where she left the purse. The purse contained the above items. An unidentified female was seen walking away with the purse. Suspect information is pending.

On 05-10-13 the victim reported sometime between 05-08-13 and 05-10-13 someone entered the residence by prying open the rear door. Once inside the suspect(s) reummaged through the master bedroom closet. However, it did ot appear anyting was taken. Suspects are pending at this time. The suspect(s) caused about $300.00 in damage to the rear door and door frame.

On 05-10-13 Deputies responded to a Motor Vehicle Crash on State Road 502 near Pojoaque High School. Upon arrival a white Toyota Tacoma was observed lying on its roof against the guard rail. Contact was made with the driver, who was identified as the above individual. While speaking to the driver signs of impairment were observed. The driver performed poorly on the Standardized Field Sobriety test and was placed under arrest. The driver submitted to chemical testing with the results of .12/.12 BrAC. The driver was booked accordingly into the Santa Fe County Detention Facility. During the investigation of the crash, it was learned the driver had crossed over into opposing lanes of travel and over corrected. An open beer bottle was located inside the vehicle.

On May 8, 2013, a 15-year-old female was staying home sick from school and an unknown male attempted to enter the residence. When the male saw the girl, he fled the area. Deputies responded to the residence and searched the area, but were unable to find the suspect. Investigation is still ongoing.
