Victim reports sometime between the hours of 9:15am and 2:00pm unknown person(s) gained entry into her 2005 Scion Xp through an unlocked door at the above location. Once inside the vehicle the above listed items were taken. Case still pending further investigation.

Location: Old Las Vegas Highway Mile Marker 4 Westbound, Santa Fe, NM
Suspect: Trenton Ames 53 yoa male, Santa Fe, NM
Charges: Aggravated DWI
Deputies responded to the US 285 and Avenida Vista Grande area in reference to a wrong way driver. Vehicle description given was a White in color Toyota, which was located traveling westbound at the above location. Deputies conducted a traffic stop on the vehicle where driver displayed signs of impairment and admitted to consuming 4 beers earlier in the evening. Driver submitted to Field Sobriety Tests where the tests were stopped due to driver unable to maintain his balance. Driver was arrested and submitted to a breath test, which resulted in a breath alcohol content of .25 and .23. Driver was booked accordingly on the above charge.

Location: Residence on the I-25 East Frontage Road near the La Cienega exit
Arrested: David Montoya, 45-year-old male from Santa Fe N.M.
On 11-24-2012 Deputies responded to the above location in reference to a male possibly armed with an assault rifle driving erratically in front of a residence in a blue Ford Truck. Upon arrival Deputies observed the truck driving erratically and conducted a traffic stop. The driver, Mr. Montoya was found to be intoxicated and refused to submit to a breath test. He was booked into the Santa Fe County Jail accordingly.

Victim: 64 year old male
On 11-24-12 Deputies were dispatched to the above location in regards to an unattended death. The victim was found unconscious and not breathing by his roommate. The victim had a history of medical illness. No sign of injury was located. No signs of foul play were observed.

On 11-24-12 at approximately 10:54, Deputies responded to an activated alarm at Mountain and Moving and Storage located on Crouch Court. Upon arrival a large roll up door was observed partially open and a large window broken. Contact was made with the owner and it is believed no items were taken. Suspect information is pending at this time.

Arrested: Greg Allegretti, 56-year-old male from Santa Fe N.M.
On 11-23-2012 Mr. Allegretti was involved in an altercation with a family member. Deputies were called to the scene and the investigation revealed Mr. Allegretti battered the family member. He was aarrested and booked accordingly.

On 11/23/12 between the hours of 1330 and 1700 hours, unknown suspects made entry into the residence through an unlocked window or unlocked door and stole a DVD player and misc. DVDs. There was no sign of forced entry. Estimated value of items taken is $645.00.

Suspect: John Sanchez 51 yoa male, Santa Fe, NM
Charges: DWI, Roadways Laned for Traffic, and Open Container
Deputy observed a White in color 2008 Cadillac travelling northbound at the above location cross over the double yellow line. Deputy stopped the vehicle and made contact with the above driver. Upon contact driver appeared to be under the influence. SFST's were adminstered where driver displayed signs of impairment and was placed under arrest. Driver submitted to a breath test, results revealed .12/.12 and was booked accordingly on the above charges. Vehicle was seized in accordance to Santa Fe County Ordinance 2006-5.

Victim reports the above item was taken sometime between the hours of 4:00pm on November 20, 2012 and 10:00am on November 21, 2012. The rug was located in a ballroom which was locked and checked by staff and security. Case stil pending further investigation.

Unlawful Use of a Driver's License
On Thursday, November 22, 2012 at 10:31 PM the suspect was operating the vehicle north at the locatilon and failed to maintain a single lane of travel. A check with the New Mexico Department of Motor Vehicles revealed that the suspect's New Mexico Driver's License is revoked with the Arrest Clause attached unless he is operating a motor vehicle equipped with an ignition interlock. The vehicle was not so equipped. The suspect produced a driver's license that did not have the proper restriction attached. The vehicle was seized in accordance with Santa Fe County Ordinance 2006-5.
