Stolen: Misc construction hand tools/ equipment and building supplies
Stolen /Recovered: Yellow in color, 2007 Case 4x4 Backhoe
On 5/14/2013, Deputies responded to a Commercial Burglary at the above location. Reporting party advised that an unknown person(s) forced entry into the job site overnight and stole a large amount of hand tools and building supplies. The reporting party also advised that a, yellow in color, 2007 Case 4x4 backhoe was also taken. The backhoe which was secured with a stabilizer lock on the right stabilizer was driven out of the job site, leaving scrape marks. The backhoe was located onAgua Fria, just east ofSanteros Roadand returned to the contractor. This incident is currently under investigation by the Sheriff’s Office.
The items stolen to include the backhoe were valued at about $90000.00

Charges: Driving While License Suspended or Revoked.
On 05-14-13 a traffic stop was conducted on a black Chevy Blazer, after the vehicle was observed failing to yield to oncoming traffic. Upon making contact with the driver it was learned that his license was revoked with the arrest clause. The driver was booked accordingly into the Santa Fe County Adult Detention Facility.

On May 14, 2013 at approximately 2:12 p.m. Deputies were dispatched to a report of a robbery that had taken place at the listed location. Upon Deputy arrival, they determined a subject entered the location and demanded money. The subject then fled in a vehicle away from the location. Case is currently under investigation.

On 5/13/13 deputy responded to above location in reference to a burglary. Victim stated that sometime between 8:30 am and 5:00 pm unknown persons gained entry into her residence by forcing open a window. Victim stated that unknown persons stole a 52" flatscreen TV and misc. jewelry. Estimated value of items taken is $6,600.00. Estimated damage amount is $50.00.
