Victim stated in the early morning hours of May 08, 2013 he heard a noise coming from the the exterior side of his home. Victim later discovered that unknown suspects removed a screen from a window outside fo his home. This case remains under investigation.

On May 7, 2013, at 11:40am, Deputies responded to a burglary in progress at the above location. The suspect fled the area prior to their arrival. The suspect was later identified and a warrant was obtained for his arrest.

On 5/7/13 deputy was dispatched to the above location in reference to a burglary. Victim stated that between 8:15 a.m. and 5:00 p.m. unknown persons gained entry into the residence through a window and damaged the screen. Victim stated that unknown persons took misc. pieces of jewelry and an Ipod touch. Estimated value of the items taken is $25975.00. Estimated damage to window and screen is $400.00.

Location: 2700 block of Sycamore Loop, Santa Fe, NM (Cottonwood MHP)
On 5/7/13 deputy was dispatched to above location in reference to a burglary. Victim stated that between 5:50 p.m. and 6:15 p.m. on today's date unknown persons gained entry into her vehicle and stole her purse. Victim stated that inside the purse was her driver's license, credit cards, US currency, 2 checks and an agenda book. Estimated value of items taken is $352.00. There was no damage to the vehicle.

On 5/7/13 deputy was dispatched to the above location in reference to burglary. Victim stated that between 9:30 a.m. and 5:20 p.m. unknown persons gained entry into her residence. Victim noticed that the back door was forced open. Victim stated unknown suspects took a credit card and Ipod speakers. Estimated value of items taken is $20.00. Estimated damage amount is $150.00.

Location: 300 block of State Road 76, Espanola, NM (Santa Cruz)
On 5/7/13 between 2:30pm and 3:50pm, a male subject was seen walking in the yard of the above residence. Victim went over to the location and found the north door to the residence open with a crow bar on the ground. The door had been pried open and was damaged. Estimated damage amount is $50.00. No items were taken.

Victim reported to Deputy that sometime between 5/6/2013 at 7:30 am and Today 5/7/2013 at 7:45 am, unknown persons stole the listed vehicle from the driveway of the home. Vehicle has been entered into N.C.I.C. Case is under Investigation.

Subject passed Deputy traveling at a high rate of speed on State Road 599. Subject refused to stop the vehicle when directed to by Deputy. Subject stopped after a short chase. Subject was arrested and taken to jail.
