On December 27, 2012 Santa Fe County Sheriff's Deputies responded to the above location in reference to a narcotics violation. An individual sent a Christmas card to an imate at the jail and while the mail was being searched, a substance believed to be Syboxin was located in the seem of the card. The suspected narcotics were seized and a report was made. This case is under investigation.

Arrested: Clyde Lucero 40 year old male, Santa Fe NM
Victim stated that on this date the above named suspect forced his way into the victim’s residence without permission, after entering the residence defendant called the victim from the home phone. Victim asked the defendant why he was in her house and the defendant begun cursing at her. The suspect was located inside the residence he was placed under arrest and booked into the Santa Fe County Jail.

Item Stolen: Blood Hound dog
Victim reported to Deputy that unknown persons stole the listed dog out of the rear of his truck. Victim stated the dog was tied before the theft and the tailgate to the truck was opened when he returned. Case is under investigation.

Stolen: water heater, heater igniter and brass chandelier arms.
Victim said he observed the suspect vehicle (red pickup) parked at the garage entrance toBoylan Ln, at around 1800 hrs on December 26, 2012. Victim said upon entering the residence he noticed that hardware was missing from a chandelier an igniter for a wall heater unit was gone and the hot water heater was taken. The items stolen were valued at about $675.00

Deputy conducted a traffic stop at the above location with the suspect vehicle. Drive displayed signs of impairment. Driver displayed signs of impairment; the driver was placed under arrest for DWI. Suspect was arrested and charged with above charges, and booked into Santa Fe County Jail.

Deputies were dispatched to the jail in regardsto an inmate being found in possession of contraband while being housed in the jail. Deputies were told that while searching an inmate, contraband fell out of the pant leg of an inmate. The inmate was rebooked into the jail with the additional charge.

Arrested: Nicholas Dodson, 34-year-old male from Santa Fe N.M.
On 12-25-2012 at about 3:00PM Mr. Dodson unlawfully entered a family members residence and stole a laptop computer, which he gave to another undientified male to pay off a debt. He was arrested and booked into the Santa Fe County Jail accordingly.

Victim #1: Male, 23 Santa Fe, NM
Victim #2: Male 29, Santa Fe, NM
On Tuesday, December 25, 2012 at approximately 11:02 PM deputies responded to a residence at the location in reference to Shots Fired and two people being wounded. Upon arrival Victim #1 was located with an apparent gunshot wound and subsequently pronounced dead at the scene. Victim #2 was also located with an apparent gunshot wound and transported by the Santa Fe County Fire Department to Christus Saint Vincent Regional Medical Center where he succumbed to his wound and was pronounced dead.
