Sometime between December 20th and December 25th unknown suspects forced entry into the victims house by breaking a window and stole 2 laptop computers misc. jewelry and collecter coins.

Location: 3900 block of Agua Fria Street
Arrested: Jose Guarado-Galdare, 38-year-old male from Santa Fe N.M.
On 12-25-2012 at about 2:23AM Mr. Guarado-Galdare was traveling eastbound on Agua Fria Street in his 1998 Ford utility vehicle when he lost control and struck a fence and mailbox of a residence in the 3900 block. He failed to stop and report the crash. He was located a few minutes later on Siler Road. He was found to be driving on a revoked drivers license and was arrested and booked into the Santa Fe County Jail on the above listed charges.

Victim reported that sometime between November 1, 2012 at an unknown time and December 24, 2012 at 8:00am. Unknown persons took the above items. There were no signs of forced entry to the residence. This incident is currently under investigation by the Sheriff’s Office.
The above listed item was valued at about $15,000.00

Subject was stopped by deputies after observing a traffic violation. Contact was made with the driver who displayed signs of impairment. Sobriety tests were administered and driver was arrested. driver submitted to chemical testing with the results being .14, .13
Vehicle was seized in accordance with Santa Fe County 2006-5.

Charges: Aggravated DWI, No Insurance, and Driver too be Licensed
On 12-23-12 a traffic stop was conducted on a red Ford Taurus to conduct a welfare check on the driver. Upon making contact with the driver, he displayed signs of impairment. The driver identified himself as Antonio Diaz. The driver could not provide proof of insurance or a driver's license. The driver was placed under arrest and submitted to chemical testing. His test results were .19 BrAC. The driver was booked into Santa Fe County ADC accordingly.

Charges: Possession of Controlled Substance to wit Marijuana, Bringing Contraband into a Place of Imprisonment, Possession of Drug Paraphernalia
Shift supervisor at the Santa Fe County Jail located narcotics and drug paraphernalia on a inmate during a strip search. Suspect was charged on the above charges without incident.
