Suspect:  Anthony Gutierrez, age 23, Santa Fe, NM

Charged:  Bringing Contraband into a Place of Imprisonment

On 11/9/12 deputy was dispatched to above location in reference to a narcotics violation.  Deputy made contact with the reporting party who stated that the mail officer was checking the mail and opened mail belonging to the above suspect.  Located in the mail were 2 orange strips of Suboxone and 8 strips of a black tar substance.  The black tar subtance was field tested and tested positive for heroin.  Suspect was charged and rebooked into the Santa Fe County Adult Detention Center.

 


Case#:  0212017545/ Burglary, Larceny, Criminal Damage to Property/ Date:  11/9/12

Location:  3200 block of Calle Maria Luisa, Santa Fe, NM (off of Airport Rd.)

On 11/9/12 between the hours of 1145 and 1530  unknown persons entered the victims residence by prying open the front door.  Victim stated that the suspects stole 2 guitars and a laptop computer.  Estimated value of the items taken is $2400.00.  Estimated damage amount to the door is about $50.00. 


Case#:  0212017548/ Robbery/ Date:  11/9/12

Location:  5166 Agua Fria, Santa Fe, NM (Allsups)

On 11/9/12 deputy was dispatched to above location in reference to a robbery that just occurred at the Allsup's Convenience Store.  The clerks advised that a male subject walked into the store and demanded money from the registers.  The clerks opened the registers and gave the suspect an undisclosed amount of currency.  Suspect then fled the area.  Suspect never brandished a weapon.  Case under investigation.


Case # 0212017525/ Burglary and Larceny/ 11-09-2012

Location: Agua Fria Park Road, SFNM

Stolen: Red in color Lincoln Bulldog 5500 Welder  

Victim reported that sometime between November 06, 2012 at 12:00pm and November 09, 2012 at 7:30am. Unknown persons gained unauthorized access into a secured building and took the above item. There were no signs of forced entry to the residence. This incident is currently under investigation by the Sheriff’s Office.

The above listed item was valued at about $1,578.00

Stolen: Nintendo WII, Kindle Fire, (2) 12" Kicker sub woofers, (4) Amplifiers, Alpine stereo, Craftsman Drill, Nintendo DS, (10) X-Box Games, Nikon Digital Camera, (2) White Gold Engagement rings  

Victim reported that sometime between November 08, 2012 at 11:00pm and November 09, 2012 at 8:00am. Unknown persons gained unauthorized access into the victim’s house and took the above items. There were no signs of forced entry to the residence. This incident is currently under investigation by the Sheriff’s Office.

The above listed item was valued at about $4,250.00


Case# 0212017552 Abandonment or Abuse of a Child

Vehicle:  Grey, 2001, Toyota, 4 door

Victim #1:  Male, 17, Taos, NM

Victim #2:  Female, 14, Taos, NM

Suspect:  Heather Rowley, 38, Albuquerque, NM

Charged:  Abandonment or Abuse of a Child (2 Counts),  DWI, Careless Driving

On Friday, November 9, 2012 at 7:17 PM the suspect was operating the vehicle north at the location attempting to pass another vehicle.  For reason(s) unknown the suspect lost control of the vehicle allowing it to strike the other vehicle.  The suspect was found to be under the influence of an intoxicating liquor and had a Breath Alcohol Content of .08 or greater.  Victims #1 and #2 were passengers in the vehicle at the time of the collision.  Their safety and health were comprimised by the suspect's impaired driving which resulted in the collision.  The occupants of the other vehicle were treated at the scene for minor, non-life threatening injuries and declined any further medical attention at the scene.

Arrested: Charisse Coriz, 30-year-old female from Santa Fe N.M.

Charges: Battery against a household member

    On 11-09-12 at about 9:00PM the above listed suspect battered a household member during an argument by punching them in the face.  The suspect was arrested and booked into the Adult Detention Facility.


Case# 0212017504 Battery Upon a Peace Officer

Location:  37 Fire Place Road, Santa Fe, NM

Suspect:  Juvenile, Female, 17, Santa Fe, NM

Charged:  Battery Upon a Peace Office, Possession of Alcoholic Beverages by Minors

On Thursday, November 8, 2012 at 9:18 PM deputies responded to a disturbance at an establishment at the location.  The suspect was located at the location and displayed signs of  being under then influence of an intoxicating liquor.  The suspect was also found to be in possession of an alcoholic beverage.  After being arrested, the suspect became uncooperative and kicked a deputy in the leg.  There were no injuries as a result of this incident.

Location:  Jemez Road and Rufina Street, Santa Fe, NM

Victim:  Female, 34, Santa Fe, NM

Suspect:  Lee Carrillo, 45, Santa Fe, NM

Charged:  Battery Against a Household Member, Possession of Drug Paraphernalia

On Thursday, November 8, 2012 at 9:18 PM the suspect and victim were involved in a verbal altercation at the location.  The altercation turned physical when the suspect  pushed the victim in her chest area.  The suspect was found to be in possession of a glass type smoking device containing an unknown type burnt residue.


Case#0212017498 / Aggravated Assault, Criminal Damage to Property / 11-08-12

Location: Residence in the Butterfly Springs Mobile Home Park, Pojoaque area of Santa Fe County

Arrested: 14-year-old male

Victim: 15-year--old male

On 11-08-2012 two juvenile males were involved in an altercation within a residence at the above location.  One of the males threatened the other male with a knife and punctured a wall with the knife.  The juvenile male was arrested and booked into the Juvenile Detention Facility. No injuries were reported.
