Shift Supervisor from the Santa Fe County Jail found an inmate with narcotics and drug paraphernalia during a strip search. Suspect was charged on the above charges without further incident.

Suspect: 50 yoa female, Santa Fe, NM
Victim reports sometime between December 7, 2012 and December 21, 2012 the above suspect was allowed to stay at the above location housesitting. Victim returned on today's date to find the above items missing. There is so signs of any forced entry. Case still pending further investigation.

Arrested: Victor Bowser 36, Santa Fe NM
Deputies were dispatched to a residence on the 200 block of Spur Ranch Road in reference to a domestic dispute. The above was arrested for battery against a household member without incident. He was taken to and booked accordingly on the above charges.

Deputy conducted a traffic stop with vehicle at the above location. Upon contact with driver a green leafy substance and white powdery substance was located. Driver was arrested and booked on the above charges.

On 12/20/12 deputy was dispatched to above location in reference to a larceny. Victim stated that between the hours of 1315 and 1345 unknown persons entered his property and stole 7 aluminum rims from under his carport. Estimated value of items stolen is $1100.00.

On 12/20/12 deputy was dispatched to the Santa Fe County Adult Detention Ctr. in reference to a narcotics violation. Detention Officer stated that the mail officer was checking the incoming mail and noticed a greetings card for the above suspect. The mail officer opened the card and noticed that it had 3 orange strips of Suboxone inside the card. Suspect was then rebooked into the Santa Fe County Adult Detention Center on above charges,

Victim stated that on this date he was having drinks with two friends at his residence. Victim stated the two friends/suspects asked him for money to purchase drugs and when he declined a physical altercation took place and $60.00 cash was stolen from his wallet. Victim refused to divulge who the suspects were at this time.

Victim stated that between 1340 hours and 1355 hours suspects forced entry into her residence through the front door and took items from within. Victim stated suspects took a 32" TV, a 18" TV, a guitar, and misc. jewelry. Estimated value of items taken is $100,850.00. Estimated damage amount $50.00.

Victim stated that between the hours of 1100 and 1800 unknown suspects kicked the rear door and gained entry into the residence. Victim stated that unknown suspects took his laptop computer. Estimated value of the items taken is $1400.00. Estimated damage is $50.00.
