On 6/1/12 deputy was dispatched to above location in reference to a burglary. Contact was made with the reporting party who stated that her Aunt owns the residence. Reporting party stated that unknown persons entered the residence through a rear facing door. Reporting party stated that unknown persons went into the residence and stole copper tubing and electricity wires from within. Reporting party stated that unknown persons damaged some of the walls and furnace inside the residence. Estimated damage and value of the items taken is $100,000.00.

Victim reports sometime between 06-01-2012 around 2:00pm and 06-02-2012 around 12:45am unknown suspect(s) gained unlawful entry into the above location. Entry was gained through a small bathroom window that was left unlocked. Once suspect(s) were inside the home it was ransacked and the above listed items were stolen. Case still pending investigation.

Victim reports that the above suspect was located in her home after victim had been gone all day. Suspect entered the residence unlawfully through a window. Once inside suspect took above items and fled the scene prior to Deputies arrival. Case still pending investigation.

On this date victim stated that sometime between the dates of April 1, 2012 and June 1, 2012. Evidently the two Bernina sewing machines were stolen from the home economics classroom, at the Pojoaque Middle School.

On Thursday, May 31, 2012 at 10:05 PM the Victim and Suspect were involved in a verbal altercation at a residence at the location. The altercation turned physical when the suspect placed the victim in a head lock and struck him in the head with a closed fist. The victim sustained no injuries as a result of this incident.

On 5/31/12 deputy was dispatched to above location in reference to a larceny. Victim's father stated that suspects had taken a bicycle from his backyard sometime between 5/28/12 at 1030 hours and 5/30/12 at 1730 hours. Estimated value of the mountain bike is $3,100.00.

On 5/31/12 deputy was dispatched to above location in reference to a burglary. Victim stated that he left his residence at about 0800 and returned at 1430 hours to find his house vandalized and shed broken into. Victim stated he walked back from the bus stop and noticed a south facing window that was spray painted with "Die Pervert". Victim stated the suspects attempted to break the lock on the rear shed but then cut the lock. Victim stated that he did not see anything missing at this time. Estimated damage amount is $190.00.

Victim reported that he gave his girlfriend permission to use his vehicle approximately seven (7) weeks ago to go to Las Vegas, NV and she has not brought it back to the owner. It was reported that she stated to friends that she was not going to bring it back and not come back to NM. this case is under invesstigation.
