Victim reports 20 foot red Utility Trailer bearing NM 75527 TRD taken from property between 12/14 and 12/15. Suspect gained entry on to property by cutting metal chain securing the gate. Vehicle entered into NCIC as Stolen. Case is under investigation.

Suspect: Chad Budkoski Age: 36 Santa Fe
Chad Budkoski was arrested for Aggravated Assault against a Household Member, Battery against a Household member and Criminal Damage to Property of a Household Member after deputies responded to a Domestic Dispute and learned that he had threatened a household member with a knife, choked the household member and broke property belonging to the household member. He was booked without further incident. Victim sustained minor injury.

Deputy responded to St. Vincent Hospital regarding patient/victim admitted for apparent non-liife threatening stab wound. Victim reports attending party in the La Cienega area and being involved in altercation receiving a stab/puncture wound. Case is under investigation.

Stolen: 3- horse saddles, 3- saddle blankets, 3- saddle pads, 3- horse bridals,3 horse halters with lead ropes
Victim reported that sometime between 6:15pm and 8:00pm on December 14, 2012 unknown persons gained unauthorized access into the victim’s tack room at stole the above stated items. Entry was made by prying open the front door to the tack room with an unknown object. This incident is still under investigation.

Arrested: Edgar Chavez 27 yrs old, Santa Fe NM
On 12-14-12, at approximately 10:20pm Deputies were dispatched Sycamore Loop in reference to a handgun being brandished on another subject. Suspect, Edgar Chavez, was located at his residence . He refused to come out of the residence but after approximately 3 hours he agreed to come out and was placed under arrest and booked accordingly at the Santa Fe County Jail.

Location: 5999 Airport Road
Arrested: Irving Molina 21 yrs old Santa Fe NM
Deputy Martinez observed the a blue in color 1984 Chrysler west on Airport Road without headlamps. Contact was made with the driver who displayed signs of impairment. Open containers were observed in his vehicle. Driver submitted to the standardized field sobriety tests and again showed signs of impairment. He submitted to a breath test where samples provided were .07/.06. During the course of the investigation it was revealed that the driver had a 16 year old male subject who had also consumed an alcoholic beverage. Suspect was arrested and charged with above charges, and booked into Santa Fe County Jail.
