Location: Plaza del Cerro (Nambe NM area)

On 11/3/12 victim reported that at least 4 subjects unlawfully entered his residence this evening as he hid in a closet. Victim stated he was able to leave his residence through a window. When victim returned home several hours late he could not find anything missing. No signs of forced entry were found. Victim believes it was the same suspects that damaged several windows on his residence and two vehicles last week.

Location:  2800 block of Dail Circle, Santa Fe, NM (off of Rufina Street)

On 11/2/12 between 0630 and 1530 hours, victim stated that unknown persons gained entry into his residence by prying open the sliding door.  Victim stated that the suspects took a HP laptop computer, a 32" flatscreen TV, and a Nikon camera.  Estimated value of items taken is $963.00.  Estimated damage amount is $100.00.


Case#:  0212017183/ DWI, Careless Driving, Motor Vehicle Crash/ Date:  11/2/12

Location:  State Road 502 mm 5, Los Alamos, NM

Suspect:  Nina Roybal, age 46, Santa Fe, NM

Charged:  DWI, Careless Driving

On 11/2/12 deputy was dispatched to above location in reference to a motor vehicle crash rollover.  Deputy made contact with the driver who stated that she was reaching for her cell phone and then her vehicle rolled.  Deputy could smell an odor of an intoxicant from suspects breath and observed that suspect showed signs of impairment.  SFST's were performed and signs of impairment were observed.  Suspect was arrested and agreed to a blood test.  Suspect was transported and booked into the Santa Fe County Adult Detention Center.

Location:  2700 Willy Road, Santa Fe, NM (off of Rufina Street)

On 11/2/12 between 1030 and 1430 hours, unknown persons  gained entry into the residence through a rear sliding door.  Victim stated that the unknown persons stole a 40" flatscreen TV.  Estimated value of the TV is $500.00.  No damage was done to the sliding door.

Location:  6151 Airport Road, Santa Fe, NM (Country Club Gardens MHP)

On 11/2/12 between 0900 and 1500 hours, suspects entered the above residence by removing the screen to a kitchen window and unlocked the window.  Victim stated that the suspects stole a 26" flatscreen TV, a 32" flatscreen TV, a Nintendo Wii gaming system, a Wii video game, and 20 various DVD movies.  Estimated value of the items taken is $1540.00.  Estimated damage amount to screen is $100.00.

Location: Tierra Real Mobile Home Community, SF, NM

Stolen: Apple Ipod (MP3 player) and cord

Victim reported on Saturday early morning between the times of 2:00am and 5:00am some unknown person burglarized her vehicle. Forced entry was made by breaking a side window of the vehicle. This case is currently under investigation.

Value of items stolen: $220.00

Location: US Hwy 84/285 frontage rd (Sombrillo Elementary area)

Arrested: Jared C Daniels 19 years old, Santa Fe NM

Deputy conducted a traffic stop on a suspicious vehicle as it was parked in front of the gates at the Sombrillo Elementary School. The driver displayed signs of impairment. SFST’s were conducted and the driver was placed under arrest for DWI. Suspect was arrested and charged with above charges, and booked into Santa Fe County Jail.

Vehicle:  Silver, 2000, Honda, 4 door

Suspect:  Gary Zanes, 51, Santa Fe, NM

Charged:  Aggravated DWI, Careless Driving

On Thursday, November 1, 2012 at 9:50 PM the suspect was operating the vehicle north at the location and was attempting to complete a U-turn.  For reason(s) unknown the suspect failed to observe another vehicle traveling south at the location and attempted to complete the turn.  As a reult the other vehicle struck the suspect's vehicle.  The suspexct was found to be under the influence of an intoxicating liquor and had a Breath Alcohol Content of .16 or greater.  There were no injuries as a result of the collision.

Location:  Scott Court, Edgewood, NM (off of Roberts Drive)

On 11/1/12 victim was taking photos of suspect because he'd never seen the individual before yesterday. Suspect is working for a bank and was checking on a residence off of Scott Court. Suspect picked up a rock and threw it at the victim nearly hitting him with the rock. Victim took photographs of the male picking up the rock and of the suspect peeling out in is truck as he backed out of the driveway. Photographs show there was not a license plate on the vehicle while in the area of the incident.  It is unknown who the suspect is at this time.  Victim did not get injured.  Suspect was not located.
