Charged: Possession of a Controlled Substance to wit: Cocaine
On 3/13/13 deputy was dispatched to above location in reference to a juvenile being in possession of a Controlled Substance. Detention Officers stated that they conducted a search and the juvenile was found to be in possession of a small plastic baggie which contained a white powdery substance. The substance was field tested and tested positive for cocaine. Suspect was charged and rebooked into the Santa Fe County Juvenile Detention Center.

Suspect: 17 year old male, Santa Fe, NM
On 3/12/13 deputy was dispatched to above location in reference to a located stolen motor vehicle. Dispatch stated that the vehicle was stolen and entered into NCIC on 3/8/13 from the City of Santa Fe. Suspect admitted to taking the vehicle (a black Toyota pickup) from an unidentified male in the Riverside MHP. Suspect had in his possession a rolled tin foil apparatus believed to be a smoking device which had burnt residue. Juvenile Probation authorized incarceration. Estimated value of the vehicle is $3,500.00.

On 3/12/13 deputy was dispatched to above location in reference to a fraud. Victim stated that he received a phone call from a collection agency stating that he had an outstanding debt of over $22,000.00 on a Mastercard. Victim stated that he never applied for the credit card. Victim stated that the credit card was issued in 1997 and defaulted in 2006. Victim could not find record of the credit card on his credit report.

Suspect: Julio Cisneros, age 30, Santa Fe, NM
Charged: Battery on a Household Member
On 3/12/13 deputy was dispatched to above location in reference to a 911 hang up call. Deputy made contact with victim who had redness and slight bruising. Victim stated that the suspect reached over to where she was sitting and placed his arm around her neck and punched her in the face. Suspect's sister intervened and separated the suspect from the victim. Suspect was arrested, transported and booked into the Santa Fe County Adult Detention Center.

Location:Juan Medina Road (Chimayo NM area)
On this date Deputies responded to the above location in reference to a death investigation. The victim (41 year old female) was found at the above location unresponsive and not breathing by family member. There did not appear to any signs of foul play at the scene and death appears to be of natural causes. This incident is currently under investigation by the Sheriff’s Office.

Victim reported on today's date, 03-11-2013 between 7:00am and 4:30pm unknown persons gained unauthorized access into the victim’s house and took the above items. There were signs of forced entry to the residence. This incident is currently under investigation by the Sheriff’s Office.

Location: State Road 502 mm 9, Santa Fe, NM (near San Ildelfonso Pueblo)
Victim was traveling eastbound on SR 502 in the left lane of two. Victim began moving into right lane and realized there was a vehicle. Victim remained in left lane, heard what sounded like a gunshot, and noticed the rear passenger side window was broken. Victim said he did not see a gun at any time. Estimated damage amount is $250.00.

Location: 333 Newmoon Overlook, Lamy, NM (off of US 285)
Suspect: Jackie Gonzales, age 31, Santa Fe, NM
Charged: Driving on a Revoked Driver's License, Speeding
On 3/11/13 deputy was dispatched to above location in reference to a suspicious vehicle. Deputy observed a vehicle speeding in the area going 35 mph in a 25 mph zone. Contact was made with driver. Driver/suspect was advised of the stop and asked for her driver's license. A driver's license inquiry was made and revealed the suspect's driver's license was revoked with the arrest clause. Suspect was arrested, transported and booked into the Santa Fe County Adult Detention Center. The vehicle was seized as per the Santa Fe County Ordinance 2006-5.

On 03-10-13 at approximately 8:24pm, Deputies were dispatched to the above location in regards to domestic disturbance. Deputies made contact with teh above indvidual. Upon doing so the defendant attempted to run hack into the residence. The defendant was taken into cusdoty. Upon further investigation it was determined that the defendaht had been maced by his mother, when he tried to force his way into the room . The defendant was booked into the Santa fe County jail.
