Location: 2700 Block of Aspen Loop (Cottonwood Mobile Home Park), Santa Fe, NM
On Monday, April 1, 2013 between 8:00 AM and 9:30 PM, person(s) unknown, utilizing unknown means gained entry to a residence at the location by prying open the north side door. Once entry was gained, person(s) unknown removed a Ruger .45 caliber pistol and a Marine Corps Knife from the closet in the master bedroom. Another bedroom was ransacked, however no other items were taken.

Stolen: several mens and womens Nike Jordan shoes, 2 baseball hats and a X-Box gaming system
On 04-01-13 between the hours of 8:00AM and 5:00PM someone entered the victim's residence by forcing their way through a bathroom window and stole the above listed items from within the house.

Location: residence off of Rancho Santo Valle, Santa Fe, NM (El Rancho)
On 4/1/13 deputy was dispatched to above location in reference to a burglary. Victim stated that between 1:30 pm and 6:00 pm unknown persons gained entry into his residence through the front door. Victim stated that unknown persons took his 42" TV. Estimated value of the TV is $500.00. No damage was done to the door.

Location: 100 block of Thunder Mountain Road, Edgewood, NM
On 4/1/13 deputy was dispatched to above location in reference to a burglary. Victim stated that between 7:00 a.m. and 3:15 p.m. unknown persons gained entry into his residence through a window by breaking it with an unknown object. Victim stated that once inside the unknown persons took 3 knives, misc. jewelry, and a dual DVD car video system. Estimated value of items taken is $13,700.00. Estimated dmage amount is $2,000.00.

On 04-01-13 Deputies responded to a Domestic Dispute at the above location. The above listed individual was found to be under the influence of intoxicating liquor. The individual was currently on probation. An arrest order was issued through State of New Mexico Probation and Parole for the above individual. He was subsequently booked into the Santa Fe County Adult Detention Center accordingly.

ON 03-31-13 Deputy Markley was dipatched to assist Pojoaque Tribal Officers on a traffic stop at the above location: Upon arrival contact was made with the dirver,who admitted to consuming a mini bottle of alcohol. The driver showed signs of impairment and performed poorly on the Standardized Field Sobriety Test. The driver was placed under arrest and booked accordingly into the Sana Fe County Adult Detention Facility. The driver refused chemical testing and could not provide proof of insurance.

On 03-31-13 a traffic stop was conducted on a golg Chevrolet Trailblazer, after it was observed failing to maintain its lane of travel and not maintaining a safe traveling distance behind another vehicle. Contact was made with the above listed subject, who displayed signs of impairment. The above individual was placed under arrest after performing poorly on SFST's. The above individual refused to submit to chemical testing. The above listed individual was booked accordingly into the Santa Fe County Adult Detention Facility.

On 03-30-13 Deputies were dispatched to Douglas Road in regards to an auto burglary. The victim reported the incident occurred between 10:00pm and 10-30pm on the 30th. The unknown suspect(s) entered the vehicle through an unlccked door and removed the above item. The suspect information is pending at this time.

On 03-31-13 a traffic stop was conducted on a yellow Ford Mustang being driven by the above person. Deputies were dispatched to the area in regards to suspicious vehicles in the area. The driver was unable to provide a driver's license. Upon running his name through NCIC, it was learned his license was revoked with the arrest clause. The driver was booked into the Santa Fe County Adult Detention Facility accordingly.
