Complainant stated that between 3/28/13 at 6:00 p.m. and today at 7:00 a.m. unknown persons gained entry into the residence and stole a gas fireplace, 100 ft. of wiring and 4 copper fittings. Estimated value of items taken is $2,080.00. .

Deputies responded to listed area in reference to a male pointing a gun at the victim. Victim reported that the listed person pointed a gun at him after suspecting him of stealing items from his yard. Suspect was located and during the investigation, the suspect was arrested and taken to jail where he was booked accordingly.

Location: Camino Del Rincon, Pojoaque area of Santa Fe County
Arrested: Anthony Sanchez, 21-year-old male from Santa Fe N.M.
On 03-29-13 at approximately 8:00PM Mr. Sanchez was involved in an altercation with a family member while walking on Camino Del Rincon. Deputies were called to the location, conducted an investigation and determined Mr. Sanchez battered the family member. He was arrested and booked accordingly.

Victim stated that unknown persons took a Xbox, a laptop, a camera, a silverware set, a digital recorder, misc. jewelry, and misc. medication. Estimated value of the items taken is $3,100.00. Victim stated that unknown persons kicked the bedroom door. Estimated damage amount is $120.00.

Unknown persons took a flatscreen TV, a Xbox 360 gaming system, a safe, $4,500.00 in cash, and misc. paperwork. Estimated value of the items taken is $5,800.00.
