On 03-08-13 the victim reported someone unlawfully entered his residence between 5:00pm and 8:00pm. Once inside the residence the unknown suspect(s) rummaged through the victims belongings. The suspect(s) took $500.00 in cash, and a set of keys for a 1999 Chevy S10 pickup. The suspects then exited the residence and stole the above vehicle which was parked in front of the residence. The vehicle was entered into NCIC. The suspects are pending at this time.

On 03-08-13 a teal in color Nissan truck was found parked in the northbound lane of Juan Medina Road just north of SR 503. The driver of the vehicle was passed out, laying across the front seat. The driver showed signs of impairment and was unable to conduct SFST's. The driver was placed under arrest and submitted to a breath test, with results more than twice the legal limit. A license inquiry revealed 4 prior DWI's and a revoked drivers license. The driver also had two outstanding warrants for his arrest. He was booked into the Santa Fe County Jail accordingly.

Upon arrival contact was made with the victim who reported the above suspect pointed a loaded revolver at her during a verbal argument. The suspect was placed under arrest and booked accordingly into the Santa Fe County Adult Detention Facility.

On 03-05-13 Deputies were dispatched to a structure fire. Contact was made with the owner, who stated she heard class breaking on the eastside of the residence. The owner of the residence found the northside of the residence on fire. It appeared that unknown person(s) threw at least two flammable bottles at the trailer, causing the fire. The suspect(s) are pending at this time.

On this date between the hours of 1:40 p.m. and 2:00 p.m. the listed subject was found to be in possession of a controlled substance identified as Hydrocone. The subject was at the listed location when he was caught. The subject was arrested and transported to jail where he was booked accordingly.
