Victim reported that 4/29/12 sometime between 9:20am and 12:30pm. Some unknown person unlawfully entered his residence by unknown means. After gaining entry suspect took stole the above listed items. There were no signs of forced entry located at the scene.

Charges: Battery on a Peace Officer
Victim (Corrections Officer) reports the above suspect struck him in the upper chest area with a bag filled with hygiene products. Suspect was booked and charged on the above charge without further incident.

On this date Deputies responded to the above location. The above listed suspect assaulted his neighbors on their and as he walked away he pulled a handgun from his pants and continued walking to his residence. The weapon was never used during the commission of the crime or in a threatening. The above listed suspect was arrested for assault and booked into the Santa Fe County Adult Detention Facility.

Victim reported that she had hired an individual to help around the residence with odd jobs and since October of last year, she has noticed the above items missing. The items were valued at approximately $34,589.00

Victim reported that sometime between 04/30/2012 at 2:00 pm and 04/30/2012 at 3:30 pm, unknown person(s) burglarized their vehicle. Forced entry was made by breaking the rear window. The above items were taken. This case is under investigation.
0212006420 Aggravated Assault/Impersonating a peace officer 4/30/12

Location: US Hwy 84/285 @ County Rd 88(Arroyo Seco Area)
On this date victim stated that in the area of 84/285 frontage rd in arroyo seco he had to stop suddenly and the suspect vehicle pulled alongside and they argued. Victim and suspect got out of their vehicles and suspect stated “I’M A COP” un holstered his black gun and cycled it one time keeping the gun waist level pointing to the ground.
Victim described the Hispanic male about six feet tall and about 200 lbs. with short black hair. Suspect had a button down gry/blk shirt with an embroidered badge unknown color or name. Suspect was driving a Red over Brown over Red 1990’s Chevy Suburban.
