Arrested: Anthony Montoya, 30-year-old male from Santa Fe N.M.
On 03-27-13 at about 9:30PM a traffic stop was conducted on Mr. Montoya's black in color 2002 Dodge car after he was observed driving with his bright lights on, failing to dim them for approaching traffic. He was found to be under the influence of alcohol and was driving on a revoked driver's license. He also had his 4-year-old child in the vehicle at the time of the stop. He was arrested and booked accordingly.

Victim: 89 year old female Mexico
Deputy responded to location in regards to female in need of medical assistance. Upon arrival medical personnel were attending to victim and were not able to revive her from her condition. No signs of foul play, OMI was notified.

Items Stolen: Speaker Cable; Tires
Victim reported to Deputy that sometime between March 1, 2013 and today March 27, 2013, unknown persons gained entry into a shed located on the property and stole the listed speaker cable. The victim stated that the suspects also stole four used tires from a vehicle parked on the same property. Case is under investigation.

Location: 2700 block of Agua Fria Street
Arrested: Thomas Lopez, 68-year-old male from Los Alamos New Mexico
On 03-26-2013 at about 9:00PM Deputies were dispatched to the area of 2700 Agua Fria Street in reference to a report of a suspicious white in color truck. Deputies made contact with the above defendant who was found in the area, sitting in his 1972 white in color Ford truck. He was found to be intoxicated and an open bottle of alcohol was located in his vehicle. The defendant had three prior DWI arrested and was driving on a revoked driver's license. He was arrested and booked into the Santa Fe County Jail accordingly.

On March 25th, 2013 the victim lent her vehicle to a family member. The family member refused to return the vehicle to the victim. The victim also believes the family member took the victim's debit card and charged $200.

On this date Deputies responded to the above location in regards to a domestic dispute. The investigation revealed a physical altercation took place and mutual property within the residence was damaged. The above suspect was arrested and booked into the Santa Fe County Jail.

Location: 100 block of Tesuque Village Road, Santa Fe, NM
On 3/26/13 deputy was dispatched to the above location in reference to a burglary. Victim stated he left his residence at approximately 11:00am and returned around 2:00pm to find his door kicked in. Victim stated that unknown persons stole miscellaneous pieces of jewelry. Estimated value of the items taken is $16,000.00. Estimated damage amount is $1,500.00.

On this date Deputies responded to the above location in reference to a death investigation. The victim (91 year old male) was found at the above location unresponsive and not breathing by family member. There did not appear to any signs of foul play at the scene and death appears to be of natural causes. This incident is currently under investigation by the Sheriff’s Office.

On this date Deputies served an arrest warrant on the above suspect. The suspect was then found to have two small baggies containing controlled substances which both field tested positive. The suspect was arrested and booked into the Santa Fe County Jail.

Arrested: Jaimie Montes, 38yoa, Santa Fe, NM
The above listed individual was arrested for operating a motor vehicle on a public highway when his driver's license was suspended/ revoked with the arrest clause. The driver was intially stopped for speeding and it was dertermined that his drivers license was suspended. Arrestee was booked into the Santa Fe County Adult Detention Facility without incident.
