On this date victim & suspect couple got into a verbal argument while at home. Victim attempted to telephone suspect's parents to get him picked up to prevent further incident. Suspect assaulted the victim and then damaged an outside light to their residence and damaged a plastic flashlight. Suspect was arrested and was booked into the adult detention center on the above charges.

On Sunday, October 28, 2012 at 1:33 AM the suspect was operating the vehicle south at the location attempting to negotiate a right curve. The suspect lost control of the vehicle, allowing it to leave the roadway on the left side, rolling over several times and striking a power pole. The suspect was found to be under the influence of an intoxicating liquor and refused to submit to a Blood Alcohol Test. The suspect was unable to produce proof of insurance upon request. The suspect's New Mexico Driver's License is revoked with the Arrest Clause attached. There was an active Arrest Warrant issued by Santa Fe Municipal Judge Ann Yalman for the suspect for Failure to Comply With Conditions of Probation. Both the suspect and the passenger were transported to Christus Saint Vincent Regional Medical Center by ambulance where they were both treated for minor, non-life threatening injuries.

Deputy attempted to conduct a traffic stop on above suspect vehicle. Suspect failed to stop containing to travel several miles before stopping. The driver displayed signs of impairment. SFST’s were conducted and the driver was placed under arrest for DWI. Suspect was arrested and charged with above charges, and booked into Santa Fe County Jail.

Arrested: Michael Abeyta 26 year old male, Santa Fe NM
On the above date Deputies were dispatched to the above location in reference to a 911 possible domestic. Upon arrival Deputies attempted to make contact with the suspect who was located inside the above residence. The above victim and her three year old son left the residence through the backdoor. The victim had bruising and swelling above her left eye which she said she had been battered by the suspect.. Victim advised that she was held against her will and a hand gun was pointed at her and a round was discharged inside the residence. The suspect was taken into custody, charged and booked into the Santa Fe County Jail.

Deputy responded to the above location in reference to a wrong way drive. The vehicle was located and the driver displayed signs of impairment. SFST’s were conducted and the driver was placed under arrest for DWI. Suspect was arrested and charged with above charges, and booked into Santa Fe County Jail.

On October 25, 2012 deputy was dispatched to above location in reference to a burglary. Victim stated that sometime between Sunday, October 21, 2012 and Tuesday, October 23, 2012, she noticed a green tin box which had recipes and $800.00 were missing from her residence. Victim believes her husband may have entered the residence and taken the items. There were no signs of forced entry and the victim said the front door was unlocked to the residence when she returned home on Sunday, October 21, 2012. Victim estimated the value of the items to be $5000.00.

Charges: Possession of Controlled Substance, and Criminal Trespass
Security personnel reported that the above suspect had been issued a no trespass order back in June 2012. Suspect returned to the Casino on today's date. Upon further investigation a clear baggie with a black tar like substance, and five white in color pills were located on the above suspect. Suspect was arrested and booked on the above charges without further incident.

On this date Deputies responded to a 911call / possible domestic from a female requesting help. Upon deputies arrival at the residence they were met at the front door by the above suspect who was uncooperative and refused to allow the deputies to check the welfare of the female by not allowing them into the residence by trying to slam the door on them as they attempted contact. Suspect then resisted deputies as he was removed from the premises. The above suspect was arrested and booked into the Santa Fe County Jail.
