Victim reported that he started his car to warm it up and left it running unattended at his residence on the morning of 2/6/13 at about 4:25am. When he later went back outside, he found the vehicle missing. The victim suspected two males he had seen outside when he started his car.

Arrested: Manuel Martinez, 34-year-old male from Espanola New Mexico
On 02-06-2013 Mr. Martinez was involved in and argument with a family member at his residence. The argument became physical and Mr. Martinez battered the family member. He was arrested and booked into the Santa Fe County Jail accordingly.

Location: State Road 14 mile marker 43 (Southbound)
Arrested: Tomas Medrano-Olivas, 43-year-old male from Santa Fe N.M.
On 02-06-2013 at about 7:30PM Mr. Medrano-Olivas was observed operating a a green in color 1996 Toyota 4-Runner on State Road 14 mile marker 43 Southbound. His vehicle was observed weaving in and out of the lane of travel. A traffic stop was conducted and contact was made with Mr. Medrano-Olivas who admitted to consuming 2 to 3 beers prior to driving, He also showed signs of imparment during the standardized field sobriety tests. He was arrested and submitted to a breath test, which confirmed his breath alcohol content to be over the legal limit. He was booked into the Santa Fe County Jail accordingly.

Location: residence off of East Sombrillo Drive, Espanola, NM (off of SR 106)
On 2/6/13 deputy was dispatched to above location in reference to a burglary. Victim stated that between 2/5/13 at 1400 hours and 2/6/13 at 1400 hours unknown persons entered her residence and stole $1000.00 which she left in a drawer. Victim stated that she believes the unknown person may have entered her residence through an unsecured window.

Subject was taken into custody and booked into the Santa Fe County Jail.

Victim reports that his single-axle trailer was stolen between 1/3/2013 and 2/5/2013. The trailer contained about $3500.00 in construction material. No suspects or witnesses are known at this time.

Victim reports he was involved in a domestic dispute on February 3rd with his wife and two adult step-sons. During the dispute, the wife reportedly directed the sons to beat up the victim and take his wallet. The wife reportedly removed the victim's driver's license, social security card, and residency card from the wallet and kept the documents. The victim reported the incident two days after the incident because he wanted his documents returned. Investigation is still ongoing in this matter.

On Wednesday, February 6, 2013 at 3:07 AM the suspect was operating the vehicle west at the location attempting to make a left turn. During the turn the suspect was unable to maintain a single lane of travel and almost struck the right edge curb. The suspect was found to be under the influence of an intoxicating liquor and had a Breath Alcohol Content of .16 or greater. The suspect was unable to produce proof of insurance upon request.
