Charged:  Driving while license revoked, Speeding

On 2/23/13 vehicle was observed traveling southbound on West Alameda tracked by radar at 44 mph in a 30 mph zone.  Vehicle was stopped and driver did not have a driver's license.  A driver's inquiry was made and revealed that his license was revoked with the arrest clause.  Suspect was arrested, cited and was booked into the Santa Fe Adult Detention Center.  Vehicle was seized as per Santa Fe County Ordinance 2006-5.

Victim stated that between February 23, 2013 8:00 am-February 23, 2013 at 12:00 pm unknown suspects unlawfully took his 1995 red in color Ford F-150 truck from his home. This case remains under investigation.

Location:Aspen Rd (Edgewood NM area)

Stolen: bathroom sink, vanity, swamp cooler, copper pipe

Victim stated that sometime between Dec 2012 and this date some unknown person(s) unlawfully entered the bank owned property by unknown means, and stole the above listed property. The drywall was damaged when the copper piping was removed.

The items stolen were valued at about $2200.00

ON 02-21-2013 THE ABOVE MENTIONED SUBJECT WAS ARRESTED ON A BENCH WARRANT  FOR FTC/EM, ORIGINAL CHARGE OF BURGLARY/STOLEN MOTOR VEHICLE

Deputies were dispatched to location in reference to a suspicious call made to the location. Upon arrival, everything was found to be safe from threat. Case is under investigation.

Suspect was arrested on an warrant. After the suspect was arrested Suboxone was located on him. Suspect was charged and booked accordingly.

Arrested: Jerome Gonzales 19 year old, Santa Fe, NM, 87508

Victim observed vehicle in his driveaway. Victim then observed listed suspect taking metals from his yard. Metals were located in the suspects vehicle. Suspect was arrested on scene and booked accordingly.

Arrested: Jarod Nieto-Puckett, age 22, Santa Fe NM

The above listed subject was arrested on (3) three outstanding Magistrate Court warrants for failure to comply with his conditions of probation as ordered per the court and failure o appear. Subject was booked into the Santa Fe County Jail.

Arrested: Alan Torres 37 year old, Santa Fe, NM.

Defendant was observed speeding at the above mentioned location. Drivers privileges were later discovered to be revoked arrest pursuant. Subject was taken to the Santa Fe Detention Center and booked accordingly.

Victim stated that she reported her card missing / stolen from the above mentioned location. Victim later discovered from her bank that unknown suspects used her card at a gas station in Pojoaque NM. This case ramains under investigation.
