On the above date and time a Detention Officer found 13 strips of Suboxone in one of the jail cells. It was found the narcotics belonged to the above suspect. She was booked and charged accordingly on the above charge without further incident.

On 03-20-13 Deputies were dispatched to a crash on Airport Road and Paseo Del Sol. Upon arrival contact was made with the above individual displayed signs of impairment. The above individual admitted to consuming several alcoholic beverages. The driver was subsequently placed under arrest. The driver was placed under arrest and submitted to a breath test with results being twice the legal limit. The above individual was booked accordingly into the Santa Fe County Adult Facility accordingly.

On 03-20-13 between the hours of 5:00PM and 5:30PM unknown suspect(s) entered the victim's apartment through an unlocked door and stole the above listed television.

Charged: DWI, Driver to be licensed, Open Container
On 3/20/13 deputy was dispatched to above location in reference to a domestic dispute. Caller advised that the suspect left in a white in color Yukon. Deputy observed the vehicle at the above location. Contact was made with the driver who appeared to be impaired. Driver admitted to drinking alcoholic beverages and agreed to take SFST's. Driver showed signs of impairment. Driver was arrested and read the NM Implied Consent. Driver agreed to submit to a breath test. Driver's BrAC results were .17 and .15. Driver did not have a driver's license and an open container was located in the vehicle. Driver was transported and booked into Santa Fe Adult Detention Center.

On 3/20/13 deputy responded to above location in reference to a burglary. Victim stated that between the hours of 1000 and 1130 unknown persons gained entry into the residence by removing a screen and going through the window. Victim stated that unknown persons stole a DVD player, a Xbox gaming system with games and controller, and a DVD. Estimated value of items taken is $720.00, Estimated damage amount is $150.00.

On this date Deputies responded to the above location in reference to a death investigation. The victim (63 year old male) was found at the above location unresponsive and not breathing by family member. There did not appear to any signs of foul play at the scene and death appears to be of natural causes. This incident is currently under investigation by the Sheriff’s Office.

On Tuesday, March 19, 2013 at 5:05 AM the victim was found unresponsive in his bed. Upon the arrival of Emgency Medical Services (EMS) the viictim was not displaying any signs of life. The victim sufferred from a breathing disorder. Foul play is not suspected at this time.
