Victim reported that her home was burglarized on 2/4/13, between 8:50am and 10:00am, and a laptop, Ipod touch and MP3 player were stolen from inside. No suspects or witnesses are known at this time.

Victim reported on or about February 04, 2013 unknown suspects gained entry to the victims home. Vicitm reported nothing was taken, but several areas of the home were search through by suspects. Case is under investigation.

On or about February 04, 2012 vicitm reported being notified by Income Support Division that they showed her being employed In Charlotte, North Carolina. Vicitm stated she was never employed in North Charlotte. Case is under investigation.

Suspect: Joseph Taylor Jr. 56 yoa male, Santa Fe, NM
Charges: DWI, Stopping, standing or Parking, Suspended License, Open Container, Expired License Plate, and Unlawful use of License
Above driver was found passed out in his 1990 Ford F-150 Pick-up while it was running, in the driveway entrance/ exit of the Casitas Mobile Home Park. Drivers vehicle was blocking other vehicles from safely passing. Upon contact with above driver he displayed signs of impairment and admitted to consuming 4 beers. Driver was also found in possession of an open 12 oz can of Bud Ice. Field Sobriety Tests were adminstered and clues of impairment were displayed. Driver was then placed under arrest and submitted t a breath test, which resulted in a breath alcohol content of .13 and .13. Suspect was then transported to ADC and booked accordingly without further incident.

Charges: Driving while license is revoked; Driving on roadways laned for traffic; No Insurance
Driver was contacted after being involved in a motor vehicle crash. Driver was found have been operating a vehicle while his license was revoked, arrest pursuant. Driver was arrested and taken to jail where he was booked accordingly.

On 2/2/13 deputy responded to a burglary which occurred at the above location. Victim stated that between 1015 and 1422 hours unknown persons gained entry into his vehicle through an unlocked door. Victim stated that unknown persons stole a black purse, medical records, cosmetics and keys. Estimated value of items taken is $100.00.

On this date victim reported that sometime within the last week and a half some unknown person stole metal I beams and new metal pieces that were stored on his property. The metal was used by victim to build utility trailers.
The above listed stolen items were valued at about $1000.00
