Between Sunday, April 1, 2012 at 12:00 OM and Wednesday, April 11, 2012 at 12:00 PM, person(s) unknown, utilizing an unknown type cutting device removed the locking device from a barn at the location.  Once entry was gained, person(s) unknown removed 175 bales of hay from the barn.

Victim reported that sometime between 7:30am and 6:30pm on 4-11-12 unknown person(s) gained unauthorized entry into his residence by removing the window screen and going in through an unlocked kitchen window. Case is still under investigation.

The above listed items were valued at about $2,500

Victim reported that today between 11:20a.m. and 5:00 p.m. Unknown person(s) forced entry into the home and stole the listed items. Damage was sustained to the home during the Burglary.

Stolen: Two Ipod (Black)

Victim reported that on 4-11-12 at approximately 2:20pm unknown suspects gained unauthorized entry into his vehicle through an unlocked driver side door. Once inside the suspect rummaged through the center console and stole and Ipod and a basketball. They suspect also left a threatening message directly to the victim’s son. Case is still under investigation.

The value of the items stolen was estimated by the victim at $350.00.

Damaged: door & door frame

Victim reported that on this date sometime between 11:30am and 1:00pm some unknown person unlawfully entered her residence by prying open the front door and stealing the above listed items. The unknown suspect stole the tools from a storage shed at the back of the residence.

The above listed items stolen were valued at about $2700.00

Suspect: Noe Marquez 47 yoa male, Espanola, NM

Charges: Driving while license is revoked/suspended, Lighted Lamp required

Deputy observed a 1999 White Ford Expeditionstop at the above location without any front headlamps.  Vehicle was stopped and driver the above suspect was found to be revoked/suspended arrest pursuant.  Driver was arrested and booked on the above charges without incident.  Vehicle was seized per the Santa Fe County Seizure Ordinance.

Charges: Battery on a Household Member, and False Imprisonment

Victim reports her and her husband the above suspect were involved in a verbal dispute.  Suspect grabbed victim not allowing her to leave the residence to call 911.  Suspect was arrested and booked on the above charges without incident.

Suspect #1:  Chrystal Marquez, age 31, Santa Fe, NM

Charged:  Battery

Suspect #2:  Joaquin Montoya, age 45, Santa Fe, NM

Charged:  Battery, Concealing Identity, Bench warrant out of Santa Fe Magistrate Court for failure to appear

On 4/10/12 deputies were dispatched to above location in reference to a battery in progress. Victim stated that she has custody of the suspects two children and that she advised suspect #1 to pack her belongings and leave her residence due to her stealing items from her. Victim stated that suspect #1 then struck her on her forehead and called for her boyfriend, Joaquin Montoya. Suspect #2 then pushed his way into the residence and struck victim. Suspect #2 gave a different name, DOB, and SSN. Suspect then gave the correct information. He stated that he gave a different name because he knew he had a warrant for his arrest. Suspects were arrested, transported and booked into the Santa Fe County Adult Detention Center.
