On 12/7/12 deputy was dispatched to above location in reference to a domestic dispute. Deputy observed that there were items thrown on the floor in the livingroom. Victim had scratch markings on his arm and fresh blood stains on his pants. Suspect admitted to scratching victim. Suspect was arrested, transported and booked into the Santa Fe County Adult Detention Center.

Charges: Abandonment or Abuse of a Child, Aggravated D.W.I., Roadway Laned for Traffic
On 12-08-12 a traffic stop was conducted on a red Ford Mustang, which was failing to maintain its lane of travel. Upon making contact with the driver, it was learned he was under the influence or intoxicating liquor. It was also learned the driver had a 13 year old passenger with him. The driver submitted to SFST's, however he was not able to complete the tests. The driver was placed under arrest and submitted to a breath test. The results were three times the legal limit. The driver was subsequently booked into the Santa Fe County Adult Detention Center.

Missing: Yeny Flores, 23-year-old female from Santa Fe N.M.
On 12-07-2012 Yeny was reported missing by a group of her friends. She was last seen at the Buffalo Thunder Resort and Casino at about 11:30pm. She did not have a vehicle at the Casion and was supposed to be staying in one of the hotel rooms with her friends. She was entered into NCIC as a missing person.

Arrested: Edwin Rivera, Santa Fe NM
Deputies responded the 3500 block of Jon Kim Lane in reference to a domestic dispute. The above suspect was arrested and booked into the Santa Fe County Jail for Battery Against a Household Member. No major injuries were reported.

Stolen: Beige leather purse containing personal ID’s, DL, Social security card, government ID cards
Victim reported that sometime between 8:15pm and 9:00pm on 12/7/11 unknown person(s) burglarized his pickup truck. Forced entry was made by breaking the passenger side window. Once inside the suspects stole the above stated items. Case is still under investigation.

Victim reported that sometime between 8:15pm and 9:00pm on 12/7/11 unknown person(s) burglarized his pickup truck. Forced entry was made by breaking the passenger side window. Once inside the suspects stole the above stated items. Case is still under investigation.

Deputy conducted a traffic stop at the above location with the suspect vehicle. Drive displayed signs of impairment. SFST’s were conducted and the driver was placed under arrest for DWI. Suspect was arrested and charged with above charges, and booked into Santa Fe County Jail.

On 12-06-12 Deputies were dispatched to the above location in regards to an unresponsive male. Upon arrival Santa Fe County Medics advised the male subject was deceased. Office of the Medical Investigator was contacted. There were no signs of foul play.

Deputies responded to Vista del Monte to assist Fire Personnel with a non-responsive elderly female. Upon arrival she was found to be deceased. Death appears natural from pre-existing medical condition. No foul play suspected.
