Deputy observed a Gray in color Mazda 626 traveling at a high rate of speed at the above location. Upon Deputy making contact with the driver he observed the driver to have red, glossy eyes, and an odor of alcholic beverage emitting from his breath. Standard Field Sobriety Tests were conducted at which time the driver displayed signs of impairment. Breath test was administered with results of .16/.15. Driver was arrested and booked accordingly.

Charges: Trafficking in a controlling Substance to wit Subxone, Bringing contraband into place of imprisonment
Suspect 3: Sabrina Esquibel 23 yoa female, Santa Fe, NM
Charges: Possesion of a controlled substance to wit Subxone, Bringing contraband into a place of imprisonment
Correction Officers located drug paraphernalia in a cell where two of the above suspects were being housed. A search was conducted on both females where a note and orange strips were located. Through further investigation it was learned the note and orange strips were passed from one inmate to another. Above suspects were booked and charged accordingly.

Charges: Battery Upon a Peace Officer, D.W.I., and No Insurance
On 09-24-12 at approximately 12:14am, Deputies located a vehicle parked halfway on the shoulder of the roadway and halfway on the curb. Sanchez displayed signs of impairment and was subsequently placed under arrest for D.W.I. Sanchez was also unable to provide proof of insurance. While at the Santa Fe County Adult Detention Center, Sanchez was involved in an altercation with jail staff, during which she spit and kicked at corrections officers. She was booked accordingly on the above charges.

On 9-24-12 Deputies responded to a domestic battery that occurred at the McDonalds on Airport Road. Victim reported that she and her ex-husband were to meet at the McDonalds for a child custody exchange. During the exchange a verbal dispute quickly turned physical causing minor superficial injuries to the victim’s upper right arm. The above subject was arrested and booked accordingly at the Santa Fe County Jail

Victim reported that on September 23, 2012 the above stated subject shattered the windows to his truck with a shovel over a money dispute. The above subject was located and arrested for criminal damage to property. He was taken to the SF County Jail and booked accordingly.
The damage to the vehicle was estimated to be over $1230.00

Victim reports sometime between the dates of September 1, 2012 and September 23, 2012 unknown person(s) gained unlawful entry into the above location. Entry was gained into an unlocked shed and sauna room. Once suspect(s) were inside the above listed items were taken. Case still pending further investigation.

On 09-22-12 at approximately 1:30am, The above arrested individual was involved in a dispute with a family member. The victim reported she was battered by the above individual. The victim did have injuries concurrent with the statement on the battery. The above individual was placed under arrest and booked accordingly into the Santa Fe County Adult Detention Facility.

Victim reported to Deputy that on this date at approximately 5:00 pm while traveling north on State Road 14 he was driven off the road by another vehicle. Victim stated that he turned around to get vehicle information when the driver of the suspect vehicle exited the vehicle and pointed a firearm at victim. Case is under investigation.

Deputy observed a Silver in color GMC pickup traveling east on Airport Road and drifted off the roadway then almost crashed into a vehicle traveling next to it. Pickup was stopped and contact was made with the driver. Deputy noticed signs of impairment and sobriety tests were administered. impairment was detected and driver was arrested. Subject submitted to chemical testing with the results being .12, .11 Driver was taken to jail where she was booked accordingly.
