Location:  residence off of Alfalfa Field Lane, Santa Fe, NM (Nambe area)

On 9/27/12 deputy was dispatched to above location in reference to a burglary.  Victim stated that between 1245 and 1645 hours, unknown suspects entered his residence through an open bedroom window.  Victim stated that he noticed a Playstation 3, a Nintendo Wii gaming system, 5-6 Wii games, and a laptop missing from within the residence.  Estimated value of the items missing is $2,500.00.


Case#:  0212015211/ Burglary, Larceny, Criminal Damage to Property/ Date:  09/27/12

Location:  6100 block of Airport Rd., Santa Fe, NM (Country Club MHP)

On 9/27/12 between 0830 and 1500 hours, unknown persons unlawfully entered the residence by removing a screen to an open window which is on the back side of the residence.  Victim stated that the unknown persons took 2 Laptop computers, 1 Sony Playstation, and $5000.00 in cash.  Estimated value of the items taken is $6050.00.  The damage screen will cost about $50.00 to replace.

Location:  residence off of Shiprock Peak, Santa Fe, NM (Windmill Ridge Estates)

On 9/27/12 Deputy was dispatched to above location  in reference to a larceny.  Victim stated that between 9/6/12 at approximately 5:00 P.M and 9/7/12 at approximately 5:00 P.M the caretakers had taken $580.00 and a diamond bracelet from inside the residence. Victim stated that she contacted the owner of the business who stated that one of the caretakers no longer works at the business.  Estimated value of the items taken is $12,580.00.

Location:  residence off of Shiprock Peak, Santa Fe, NM (Windmill Ridge Estates)

On 9/27/12 deputy was dispatched to the above stated location in reference to a larceny report.  During the time the deputy was taking the report victim wanted to report another incident which had taken place.  Victim stated that between May 1, 2012 and September 27, 2012 she wrote out a $1,300.00 check to the suspect as a deposit so he could make her some book shelves. The above victim never received the book shelves.  The suspect had cashed the check and never completed the work or gave the victim back her money.

Location:  1200 block of Luciander Rd., Santa Fe, NM (off of West Alameda)

On 9/27/12 deputies responded to above location in reference to a burglary.  Victim stated that between the hours of 0730 and 1700 unknown suspects entered her residence through a south window which is facing an enclosed patio.  Victim stated that once inside unknown suspects stole a 42" LG flatscreen TV, a 42" Sanyo flatscreen TV, a Playstation 3, misc. DVD's, prescribed medication, a Sony Vaio Laptop Computer.  Estimated value of items taken is $2,800.00


0212015710 Burglary 8-26-12

Location: Summer Road (Nambe Area)

Stolen: Gateway Laptop Computer

Victim reported that sometime between 1:00pm and 8:00pm on 9-26-12 unknown person(s) gained unauthorized entry to his residence by kicking in the rear door of the residence. Once inside the suspects stole the above stated item. Case is still under investigation.

The above listed item was valued at about $2000.00

Location: Camino Montoya / Camino Cieneguilla (La Cienega Area)

Arrested: Melinda Martinez 27years old, Santa Fe NM

Deputy responded to a motor vehicle crash at the above location with the suspect vehicle. Drive displayed signs of impairment and admitted to consuming 2 shots of hard liquor and taking prescription medication. Suspect was arrested and booked into Santa Fe County Jail.


0212015123 Breaking & Entering   09/25/2012

Location:County RD84G (Nambe NM Area)

Arrested: Craig Montoya 37 year of male,Santa FeNM

On this date Victim stated that she received a phone call from her ex boyfriend advising her that he was going to go to her house and retrieve his items. Victim advised Montoya he did not have permission to enter the house without her being there. Victim stated that when she returned home at 12:28AM, she noticed that the back door window had been broken and all of Montoya’s property was gone.

Montoya advised that he did enter the residence and took his property. Montoya was arrested and charged accordingly.


Case#:0212015101/Auto Burglary, Larceny, Criminal Damage to Property/Date:09-25-2012

Location: 7 Avenida Vista Grande, Santa Fe, NM (Eldorado Supermarket Area)

Stolen: Purse, Reading glasses, check book and house keys Total Estimated Value: $210.00

Victim reports while at the above location between the hours of 4:15pm and 4:22pm unknown suspect(s) broke her driverside window to her 2012 VW Jetta and took the above items.  Entry was gained by prying the window open.  Estimated value of damage $200.00.  Case still pending further investigation.

 


Case # 0212015090/ Breaking & Entering/ 09-25-2012

Location:  Mustang Road, Edgewood, NM

Stolen: Nothing (Pending- Victim did not advise or know if anything was stolen)  

Victim reported that sometime between Sunday September 23, 2012 at 4:00 pm and Tuesday September 25, 2012 at 12:00pm, unknown persons gained unauthorized access onto the victim's property and tampered with the door on her shed. The victim is unsure if anything was taken but did stay items were moved. There were no signs of forced entry to the residence but two screws were missing from the door hinge (Disassembled). This incident is currently under investigation by the Sheriff’s Office.
