On above date, victim reported that a male subject went into her residence and demanded his personal belonging, which she did not have. Victim stated that the male was holding a knife during the confrontation. Suspect fled the area and threw a rock at a vehicle in the driveway causing damage. Suspect is pending further investigation.

Deputies initiated a traffic stop with the listed vehicle after it was reported as being a possible drunk driver. Deputy, upon approach of the vehicle noticed that it had broken windows which did not allow the driver to see. Upon contact with the driver, an odor of alcoholic beverage was detected. The driver was asked to submit to sobriety testing. Impairment was detected and driver was arrested. Driver submitted to chemical testing with the results being .18 .16

Items stolen: 5 gallon Miller Light bottle containing about $1,000.00 in US coin currency.
On 05-20-2012 the homeowner contacted the Sheriff's Office to report on 05-15-2012 someone entered his home by breaking a livingroom window and stole approximately $1,000.00 in change.

On 05-20-2012 at about 8:25PM Mrs. Romero's white Honda car was observed traveling southbound on 599 speeding and swearving. A traffic stop was conducted and she was found to be driving under the influence of alcohol. She was arrested accordingly.

Suspect: Luis Gonzales, age 33, Santa Fe, NM
Charged: Battery on a household member, Criminal Trespass, Criminal Damage to Property, Assault on a Peace Officer, Parole Violation
On 5/20/12 deputy was dispatched to a domestic on Camino Montoya. Victim left the and proceeded to her mother's residence on West Cochiti. Suspect then proceeded over to the residence and battered his step daughter trying to get to the victim. Suspect trespassed onto the victim's mother's property. Suspect then left the scene. Suspect then proceeded back to victim's mother's residence and rammed his truck into the front gate causing $5000.00 worth of damage. Suspect then fled the area in his vehicle. Suspect was then located coming out of a driveway on West Cochiti. Suspect was arrested, transported and booked into the Santa Fe County Adult Detention Center. While enroute to the Santa Fe County Adult Detention Center suspect threatened to harm the deputy. Suspect was also under the influence of an intoxicating liquor. Suspect was also booked on an arrest order for parole violation.
