Stolen: 2 purses containing NM ID’s, debit and EBT cards, insurance cards, make-up and a Cricket cell phone.
Victim reported that on 5-20-12 between 5:30pm and 6:00pm unknown suspects gained unauthorized entry into her vehicle by shattering the passenger front window. Once inside suspects stole the above mentioned items. Case is still under investigation.
The value of the items stolen was estimated by the victim at $200.00.

Victim reported on 5/20/2012 at approximately 1:00 pm, her ex-boyfriend unlawfully took the keys from a key holder in her home and drove off in her vehicle. Victim reported that he stated he was leaving to Minnisota. Case is still under investigation.

Location: Cottonwood Drive and Ash Street in Cottonwood Village Mobile Home Park
Arrested: Esteban Figueroa, 34-year-old male from Espanola N.M.
On 05-20-2012 at about 12:40AM Deputies responded to a hit and run motor vehicle crash at the above location involving a red in color 2004 Infinity car. The driver of the vehicle was located a short distance from the crash. He was found to be intoxicated and was in possession of a loaded .32 caliber hand gun. He was arrested and booked accordingly.

Arrested: Dulcinea Medina, 35-year-old female from Espanola N.M.
On 05-19-2012 Correctional Officers located marijuana on inmate Medina. She was charged with possession of marijuana.

Arrested: David Young, 67-year-old male from Santa Fe N.M.
On 05-19-2012 at about 10:00PM Deputies were dispatched to a report of a wrong way driver on US Highway 285 in the Eldorado area. The vehicle was reported as a tan in color Volvo stationwagon. A tan Volvo stationwagon was observed getting onto southbound I-25 from US 285. A traffic stop was conducted and contact was made with the driver, Mr. Young who was found to be intoxicated.

On Saturday, May 19, 2012 at 3:14 AM the suspect was operating the vehicle north at the location at 77 Miles Per Hour in a posted 55 Mile Per Hour zone. The suspect was found to be under the influence of an intoxicating liquor and had a Breath Alchol Content of .08 or greater. She was also in possession of an open bottle of vodka.

On Friday, May 18, 2012, between 10:00 PM and 10:53 PM, person(s) unknown, utilizing unknowns attempted to gain entry to a shed at a residence at the location. No entry was gained and no items were taken. Only the door was damaged.

On Friday, May 18, 2012 at 8:20 PM the suspect was operating the vehicle west at the location at 41 Miles Per Hour in a posted 30 Mile Per Hour zone. The suspect was found to be under the influence of an intoxicating liquor and refused to submit to a Breathalyzer Test.

On the above date the above victim reported sometime between May 15, 2012 and May 17, 2012 unknown suspects gained entry into his unsecured residence. The residence was being renovated. Once inside suspect(s) stole the above items. Suspect is pending further investigation.
