On Thursday, May 17, 2012 at6 7:55 PM the suspect was operating the vehicle at the location. The victim was standing next to her vehicle, which was parked in front of a residence at the location. The suspect drove the vehicle towards the victim, forcing her to jump out of the way to avoid being struck by the suspect's vehicle. The suspect fled the area and was located a short time later at another residence at the location. The suspect provided a ficticious name and date of birth upon contact. A susbsequent check with the national Crime Information Center revealed that there were two active Warrants for his arrest issued by the Santa Fe County Magistrate Court. The victim was not injured as a result of this incident.

Stolen: (2) Xbox gaming systems, controllers, and misc games, (1) Nintendo DS (Black), (1) PSP (Black) (1) Samsung laptop, (1) Ipod touch (White), Misc jewelry to include rings, watches, and necklaces (1) bottle of Lortab tablets, perfumes, and colognes.
Victim states on today's date between the times of 7:50am and 2:56pm, the above listed suspects forced entry into the residence by breaking the master bedroom window. While inside the residence, the suspects stole the above stated items. Evidence was collected at the scene and this case is currently under investigation.

Above stated suspect was involved in a motor vehicle crash at the above location. Suspect showed signs of impairment, open alcohol containers were located within her vehicle,supect refused to field sobriety tests and a legal blood draw. Suspect was booked accordingly into the Santa Fe County Adult Detention Facility on the above stated charges.

Victim reported that some unknown person(s) used his credit card on May 9th and May 16th to purchase auto parts. Victim cancelled his credit and notified his credit card company. This case is pending further investigation.

On Wednesday, May 16, 2012 the suspect and victims were involved in a verbal altercation at a residence at the location. The altercation turned physical when the suspect struck Victim #1 in the left arm with a closed fist. The suspect also threw fruit at Victim #1 missing her, but the suspect then threw a bottle of hot sauce at Victim #1 striking her in the abdoment. Neither victim required medical attention.

On Wednesday, May 16, 2012 at 9:34 PM the suspect was operating the vehicle north at the location when she failed to stop for a posted stop sign. The vehicle traveled through the intersection and struck a light pole. The suspect was found to be under the influence of an intoxicating liquor and submitted to a Blood Alcohol Test. Results of the test are pending. The suspect was also found to be in possession of a wooden smoking device containing suspected marijuana. The suspected was transported by ambulance to Christus Saint Vincent Regional Medical Center where she was treated for minor injuries and released.
