Victim reported to Deputy that she was contacted by the Consumer Protection Division of Visa Corp. and informed that there were two suspicious transaction made on her credit card. She was informed that the transactions were denied and merchandise was not sent to the addresses used which were in Texas and California. Case is still under investigation.

Crime check female reported that on 6-4-12 at approximately 4:00pm she observed a 2008 Mazda 3 with a shattered passenger window. The victim and owner of the vehicle were unable to be located. It didn’t appear that the suspects actually gained entry into the vehicle. Case is still under investigation.

Victim reported on this date that his two unlocked vehicles had been burglarized. The suspect(s) removed the above items from a black in color Ford F-250. The only item that was removed from the second vehicle (Cadillac Escalade) was the vehicle registration. The theft occurred between June 3, 2012 to June 4, 2012.
The above listed items stolen were valued at about $589.00

Victim stated she noticed the above vehicle to be missing from her yard. Witnesses advised that a Capital Scrap Metals truck came to the residence and took the above vehicle. Witness stated that the victim’s daughter was there with the Capital Scrap Metals truck and left the residence when they did. Deputies verified that Capital Scrap Metals had the vehicle and the vehicle had been scrapped.

Victim reports 2002 Dodge pick-up entered through unlocked door between 10 :00 pm and 8:00 am. Suspect attempted to remove car stereo to no avail. $10.00 in quarters is reported missing. Case is under investigation.

Victim reported that on this date at about 6:30am her ex boyfriend showed up at her residence and kicked open her front door damaging the door and frame. Suspect then assaulted victim in the bedroom and took her cell phone from her back pocked as she attempted to flee the residence. A warrant for the suspect is in the process of being filed.
The damage and stolen items were valued at about $1100.00

Victim's mother reports her 6 year old daughter was in the bathroom changing when the above listed suspect entered the bathroom and touched her inapporpriately. Suspect was arrested and transported to ADC on the above charge.

Suspect: Paulino Molinar 19yoa male, Santa Fe, NM
Charges: DUI, Speeding, Wrong Plate, Reckless Driving, and License Upon Demand
A Black and Silver Honda Accord was observed traveling westbound on Airport Road at a high rate of speed. A traffic stop was conducted at the above location, at which time the above suspect was identified as the driver. Upon contact with driver he had blood shot eyes and slurred speech. Driver was also found to not have a current driver's license. Standard Field Sobriety Tests were conducted at which time the above suspect showed signs of impairment. Suspect had a BAC of .11/.11.

Missing: Ryan Anthony Fernandez, 37 yoa, Santa Fe, NM
On above date deputies were dispatched to above address in reference to a missing person. The reporting party wanted to report that she had not seen her son since thursday May 31, 2012 at or around the time of 9:00 am.
Missing: Ryan Anthony Fernandez 37yoa male, 5'8-5'9 tall,160lbs, brown hair (Buzzed) having a tattoo reading "XO17" on the back of his head, a scar on the left side of his head, approximately 6-8 inches long, and having brown in color eyes. Mr. Fernandez also has a tattoo that reads "Fernandez " on his right leg and several other unidentified tattoos all over his body. Last seen: on 5/31/12 at 9:00am at an undisclosed location on Rodeo Road within Santa Fe, wearing a purple or green t-shirt, black shorts and an unknown type of tennis shoes. He was entered into NCIC as a missing person.
