Abel Perez, 20-year-old male from Santa Fe N.M.

    On 07-14-2012 at about 1:36AM Mr. Perez was observed driving carerless on State Road 14 headed Southbound within mile post 42.  He was driving a blue in color 2003 Ford Focus.  He displayed signs of intoxication and during the investigation concealed his identity.  He was arrested on the above charges and submitted to a breath test.  Thest results were a breath alcohol content of .06.  He was served with all appropriate paperwork and released.

Arrested: 17-year-old male from Santa Fe N.M.

    On 07-13-2012 at about 11:00PM Deputies responded to Camp Stoney in reference to a 17-year-old male who was possibly under the influence of some type of drug.  Further investigation revealed the 17-year-old male wielded a knife at a 19-year-old male, then battered him with the knife causing a superficial wound to the victim.  The suspect was arrested and booked into the Juvenile Detention Center accordingly.

Arrested: Elias Gomez 36 yrs old

Driver was stopped by Sheriff Deputies for a traffic violation. Driver admitted to consuming 4 beers. He was administered SFST’s where he displayed signs of impairment. Driver was placed under arrest for DWI. Driver was booked accordingly into Santa Fe County Jail.

Stolen: 3 silver and turquoise Indian bracelets ($300), one square watch with a brass band with turquoise ($200), one silver band ($200), one cross bow red dot scope ($200), one brown Ty Murry collection knife ($100), one collection buck knife with a deer carved in it ($80), one black pair of Nikon binoculars ($200), a silver in color stereo ($50) A wooden jewelry box brown in color ($25), a silver horse ring ($50), a opal gold ring with 2 diamonds ($200), his and hers silver wedding band silver ($100), one 40 year old Cinderella watch ($500), a one caret diamond solitaire ($200), 10 necklaces ($800), one pearl ring ($200), one solid gold wedding band ($1,000), a men’s ring with three diamonds ($200) and $4,000 dollars in cash

Victim reported that between 7:10am and 5:00pm on 7-13-12 unknown suspects unlawfully entered his residence through an west facing glass sliding door by shattering it with a medium sized rock and stole the above stated items. Case is still under investigation.

Location:  residence off of Camino Mocho, Santa Fe, NM (La Cieneguilla)

On 7/12/12 deputy was dispatched to above location in reference to a damage to motor vehicle.  Victim stated that unknown persons put sugar into his gas tank and damaged his left front door.  Victim stated that he noticed the damage because his gas tank was clogged with sugar when he went to put gas.  Victim stated that the unknown persons may have done the damage on July 8, 2012 between 0200 and 1800 hours  because he did not park his vehicle in the garage.  Victim stated that unknown persons also slashed his trailer tires on July 6, 2012  Estimated damage amount is $4,120.00.

Some time between 10:00pm on Tuesday, July 10, 2012 and 11:45am on Wednesday, July 11, 2012, an unidentified suspect(s) entered the front yard of the above property and stole several garden/working tools. Victim is doing work around the house and has several belongings in the front yard.  Estimated value of the items taken is $680.00.

Stolen: 2006 15ft Haul trailer (red in color)

Victim reported that sometime between 6/8/2012 and today 7-10-11 unknown persons unlawfully took his utility trailer while it was parked on the property for several weeks. Victim stated he was out of town and when he returned the trailer was stolen. Case is still under investigation. Trailer was valued at approximately $3800
