On this date Deputies responded to the above location. It was reported that a cable worker went to the suspects house and when the front door was opened, the suspect pointed a handgun at him. The victim advised he was in fear of his life after statements made to him by the suspect while pointing the handgun at him The above suspect was arrested and booked into the Santa Fe County Jail.

Deputies were dispatched to a Domestic Dispute at the above location. Suspect was involved in a verbal argument with a house hold member that escalated. Suspect pulled the victims hair and punched her. Suspect was taken into custody and booked forBatteryagainst a household member.

On 6/1/12 at 1800 hours deputy stopped vehicle for speeding 70 mph in a 55 mph zone. Contact was made with suspect who provided a driver's license. A driver's license inquiry revealed that suspect's license was revoked with the arrest clause. Suspect did not have an interlock device installed. Suspect was arrested, transported, and booked into the Santa Fe County Adult Detention Center. Vehicle was seized as per the Santa Fe County seizure ordinance.

Location: residence off of Camino Bajo, Santa Fe, NM (off of State Road 14)
On 6/2/12 deputy was dispatched to the above address in reference to a residential burglary. Victim stated sometime between 6-1-2012 around 10am and 10pm his residence was broken into. Suspects gained entry by kicking in the front door. What appeared to be bullet/bb gun holes were also located in the area of the front door. Victim stated that unknown suspects stole a pair of prescription glasses, several antique figurines, and gasoline from his vehicle. Estimated value of items stolen is $300.00 Estimated damage amount is $500.00.

On 6/1/12 deputy was dispatched to above location in reference to a burglary. Contact was made with the reporting party who stated that her Aunt owns the residence. Reporting party stated that unknown persons entered the residence through a rear facing door. Reporting party stated that unknown persons went into the residence and stole copper tubing and electricity wires from within. Reporting party stated that unknown persons damaged some of the walls and furnace inside the residence. Estimated damage and value of the items taken is $100,000.00.

Entry was gained through a small bathroom window that was left unlocked. Once suspect(s) were inside the home it was ransacked and the above listed items were stolen.
