On Thursday, May 31, 2012 at 10:05 PM the Victim and Suspect were involved in a verbal altercation at a residence at the location. The altercation turned physical when the suspect placed the victim in a head lock and struck him in the head with a closed fist. The victim sustained no injuries as a result of this incident.

On 5/31/12 deputy was dispatched to above location in reference to a larceny. Victim's father stated that suspects had taken a bicycle from his backyard sometime between 5/28/12 at 1030 hours and 5/30/12 at 1730 hours. Estimated value of the mountain bike is $3,100.00.

On 5/31/12 deputy was dispatched to above location in reference to a burglary. Victim stated that he left his residence at about 0800 and returned at 1430 hours to find his house vandalized and shed broken into. Victim stated he walked back from the bus stop and noticed a south facing window that was spray painted with "Die Pervert". Victim stated the suspects attempted to break the lock on the rear shed but then cut the lock. Victim stated that he did not see anything missing at this time. Estimated damage amount is $190.00.

Stolen: 2002 Saturn SL2 passenger vehicle, black in color
Victim reported that he gave his girlfriend permission to use his vehicle approximately seven (7) weeks ago to go to Las Vegas, NV and she has not brought it back to the owner. It was reported that she stated to friends that she was not going to bring it back and not come back to NM. this case is under invesstigation.
The above charges were valued at about $3,000.00

Charged: Possession of a controlled substance to wit: Heroin, Possession of Drug Paraphernalia
On 5/31/12 at approximately 1643 hours a trafffic stop was conducted with a black in color Toyota at the above stated location as a result of a suspicious vehicle in the area. Contact was made with the occupants of the vehicle and the passenger of the vehicle was found to be in possession of a small amount of a substance that field tested positive for heroin/opiates. Also located within the vehicle was a syringe, a pusher, a silver spoon and 5 caps. Suspect was arrested, transported and booked into the Santa Fe County Adult Detention Center.

On 5/31/12 suspect was placed under arrest for unlawful use of a telephone. Deputy was dispatched to the above address in reference to a medical call because the suspect claimed to be dehydrated and thristy. RECC advised that the suspect has called 911 for either law enforcement or EMT personnel 15 times within the last 2 weeks. Suspect was arrested, transported and booked into the Santa Fe County Adult Detention Center.

On Wednesday, May 30, 2012 at 8:45 AM the suspect removed a barbeque grill from the backyard of a residence at the location. The suspect was located at his residence. There was an active Arrest Warrant issued by the Santa fe County Magistrate Court as well as one issued by the 1st Judicial District Court.

On Wednesday, May 30, 2012 at 8:58 PM, deputies responded to a residence at the location for a Domestic Disturbance. The suspect pushed the victim against a wall inside the residence. The victim was transported to Christus Saint Vincent Regional Medical Center by ambulance for treatment of back pain.

On 5/30/12 deputy was dispatched to the above location in reference to a burglary. Victim stated he left his residence on May 27, 2012 at 1300 hours and returned today at 1400 hours to find his home broken into. Suspects gained entry through an east facing window. Victim stated that the suspects stole a 19" flatscreen TV. Estimated value of the item taken is $200.00. Estimated damage amount is $200.00.
