Stolen: 4 bottles of prescription medication, assorted silver & gold jewelry.
Victim reported that sometime between 11:00am and 8:30pm on this date some unknown person burglarized his residence. It was unknown how entry was made into the residence at this time. The above listed items were stolen from the residence.
The stolen items were valued at about $1825.00

Stolen: 32" flat screen Panasonic, Nintendo WII, XBOX, IPod Charger and gold earrings.
Victim reported that at about 11:20pm on today’s date he received a phone call from his neighbor advising him that two unknown suspects were breaking into his home. Victim stated upon arriving at his residence he noticed the front door had been pried open with an unknown object. Upon entry the above listed items were stolen.
The stolen items were valued at about $1280.00
0212010210 Death Investigation 7/3/2012

Location: Camino Justicia (ADC) (Hwy 14 area)
On this date Deputies responded to the above location in reference to a death investigation. The victim (33 year old female) was found at the above location unresponsive and not breathing, there did not appear to any signs of foul play and death appears to be of natural causes. This incident is currently under investigation by the Sheriff’s Office.

On above date, victim reported between July 1, 2012 and July 3, 2012 someone unlawfully gained entry to his business property and stole copper pipes and wire. Victim valued stolen property taken at $1666.00. Suspect is pending further investigation.

The above listed subject was arrested on an active Bench Warrant for failure to comply with her conditions of probation. Subject was taken into custody without incident and booked into the Santa Fe County Jail.

Charged: Battery Against a Household Member
On Monday, July 2, 2012 at 9:05 PM the suspect and victim were involved in a verbal altercation at a residence at the location. The altercation turned physical when the suspect grabbed the victim by the throat and struck her in the facial area with a closed fist in her facial area. The vicitm was treated for minor injuries at the scene. The suspect fled the area on foot ans was arrested a short time later without incident.

Victim reports sometime between the dates of June 25, 2012 and July 1, 2012 the above items were stolen from a jewlery box at the above address. Case still pending investigation.

On above date deputies were dispatched to above address in reference to a missing person. The reporting party wanted to report that her daughter has been missing since February 14, 2012. Its reported that she may be in Phoenix, AZ but the reporting party was not sure since she has not heard from her.
Roni Lewis, 34 Yoa, 5'7, 130 black hair, brown eyes.
Last seen: February 14, 2012 unknown what she was wearing at the time she left. She was entered into NCIC.

On Sunday, July 1, 2012 at 8:52 PM the suspect and victim were involved in a verbal altercation at a residence at the location. The altercation turned physical when the suspect threw a plastic cup at the victim striking him in the back of the head. The victim was uninjured as a result of this incident.

On 6-30-12 Santa Fe County Jail inmate Teresa Quintana was rebooked for battery on a Peace Officer after she threw a food tray at an on duty Jail Guard. No injuries were reported.
