On 5/30/12 suspect was stopped after he did not have his seatbelt on while his vehicle was in motion on the roadway. Suspect upon contact had provided a valid NM driver's license which was not restricted or had the interlock device requirement. DMV inquiry revealed suspects license was revoked with the arrest clause. Suspect did not provide proof of insurance. Suspect was arrested, transported and booked into the Santa Fe County Adult Detention Center. Vehicle was seized as per the Santa Fe County seizure ordinance.

Suspect: Suspect: 5’7 to 5’9 145lbs to 180lbs black hair shaved on sides pony tail.
Victim reported that on Friday May 25, 2012 at about 5:00 P.M. she met above suspect and started to drink beer with him. The suspect advised that he knew of a place where they could hang out and not get hassled by the cops. They went to an unknown location off Airport Road and he pulled a knife and held it to her throat while he penetrated her. He told her if she called the police, he would kill her. No further suspect information was available.
Suspect is pending further investigation.
