Arrested: Gregory Smith, 25-year-old male from Santa Fe N.M.
On 03-27-2012 Mr. Smith was involved in an argument with a family member. During the argument he struck the family member who was holding a 9-month-old child causing injury to the family member and the child. He was arrested and booked into the Santa Fe County Jail accordingly.

Victim reported to Deputy sometime today between the hours of 5:15 pm and 5:50 pm unknown persons forced entry into her vehicle and stole the listed items. Victim stated that the suspects then used credit cards at various locations chargingmultiple purchases. Case is under investigation.

On 3/26/12 victim reported that some time between 11:45am and 12:45pm, while out running, suspect(s) broke the driver's side front window and stole items from within. Victim stated that the suspects took a black computer bag with 3 or 4 Spanish/English dictionaries, a driver's license, medical charting papers and an Apple Ipod Nano. Estimated value of items taken is $200.00. Estimated damage amount to window is $250.00.

Suspect: Bradley Deets Age: 50 Santa Fe
Victim reports Deets was a caregiver and stole several credit cards which he in turn used for his own personal gain renting motel rooms and renting a car as well as personal purchases at walmart. He was located, arrested and booked accordingly.

On 3/25/12 victim stated that between 3/16/12 and 3/25/12 at 1100 hours an unknown suspect entered the victim's vehicle which was unlocked. Victim stated that unknown suspect stole a chainsaw, a green auto battery and a black motorcycle battery. Estimated value of items taken is $420.00. There was no damage to the vehicle.

Stolen: (2) Two pairs of cowboy boots, size 8 men. One blue pair and one tan, valued at $600.00.
On the above date victim reported unknown suspect(s) gained forced entry into the residence by throwing a rock through a rear bedroom window. Victim states the burglary took place between 03.24.12 at 8:40 p.m. and 03.25.12 and 2:45 a.m. Once inside, the unknown suspect(s) removed the above items. Suspect is pending further investigation.

Arrested: Frank Lopez age 48 of Edgewood
On above date suspect observed swerving over edge line. Upon contact with the suspect, Deputy could smell an odor of an alcoholic beverage emitting from his breath. Standard field sobriety test were administered, driver showed clues of impairment. He refused to submit to a chemical test, and was arrest for DWI.
