On 08-06-2011, Deputies responded to the above stated location in reference to someone illegally cutting a master lock to the gate that secured the property at the above stated location. Once inside suspect(s) removed the above stated items. Suspects are pending further investigation.

Stolen: One white I-pad 64 gig, white pair of Nike Force tennis shoes size 10
Victim reported on this date that unknown suspect(s) entered an unlocked 2009 Ford Fusion and removed the above stated items. Suspects are pending further investigation.

Location: 8 AB Las Lomas Santa Fe, New Mexico ( Boys and Girls Club) Valle Vista Blvd area
Stolen: One X-box with one controller and two games
Victim reported between 8-3-2011 and 8-5-2011 an unknown suspect forced open a window and took food snacks and above the above listed items. Surveillance captured a juvenile male banging on the window prior to the burglary. This case is pending further investigation.
The above listed stolen items were valued at about $ 400.00

Deputies responded to location in regards to a Breaking and Entering. Victim stated that unknown persons entered his home sometime between 1:00pm and 9:40pm by forcing their way through front door. Victim stated that nothing was missing from the home. Case is under investigation

Deputies responded to location in reference to an Aggravated Battery. Upon arrival, Deputies located victim who had been stabbed in lower chest area and hand. Deputies identified suspect and are currently investigating incident. Arrests are pending.

Items stolen: Misc. construction tools. Total value of $172,330.00.
Item damaged: padlock valued at $30.00
On 08/05/2011 at approximately 11:33pm Deputies were dispatched to a business alarm at a business located on Bisbee Court. Deputies arrived within a few minutes and found a padllock which secures the gate to the property was cut. No suspects were located on scene. Further investigation revealed unknown suspects stole several construction tools from the property and a truck parked on the property. This case is under investigation.

Location: residence off of Northview Trail, Edgewood, NM
On 8/7/11 deputy responded to above location in reference to an unlawful taking of motor vehicle. Victim stated that she returned home on July 17, 2011 in the evening after being out of town and noticed that her 1994 Plymouth Acclaim silver in color bearing NM license plate LSR993 was missing from her driveway. Victim stated that she also noticed that some of her tools were missing also. Victim stated that she believes a person that was staying with her took her vehicle and tools. Estimated value of the vehicle is $800.00 and estimated value for the tools is $500.00. Vehicle was entered into NCIC.

Location: 700 block of Old Las Vegas Highway, Santa Fe, NM (near Rancheros Campground)
On 8/6/11 deputies responded to the above location in reference to a burglary. Victim stated that between 8/5/11 at 2200 hours and 8/6/11 at 1900 hours unknown suspects unlawfully gained entry from an unlocked west window. Victim stated that unknown suspects had taken a DVR from within. Victim stated that unknown suspects attempted to take a 51" Panasonic flatscreen TV but had damaged it and the drywall where it was mounted. Estimated value of items taken is $79.00. Estimated damage amount is $1480.00.

Suspect: Joseph Valdez Age: 47 Santa Cruz NM
Joseph Valdez was stopped for traffic violation and was found to have a suspended driver license and to be in possession of prescription medication without a valid prescription. He was booked without incident.

On 8/5/11 between 1315 and 1438 hours, unknown persons gained unauthorized entry to the victim's home through an unlocked front door. Once inside unknown suspects then stole a Westinghouse 42" flatscreen TV and 3 pair of retro Jordan tennis shoes. Estimated value of items takenis $993.00.
