On this date victim reported between 07-05-2011 and 08-01-2011 someone damaged the window screen, opened an unlocked kitchen window and entered the above stated residence. Once inside suspect(s) removed the above stated items. Suspects are pending further investigation.

The above listed stolen items were valued at about $ 706.00

On 08-12-2011, Deputies responded to a criminal damage to motor vehicle at the above stated location. The above stated vehicle was parked at a trail head as the owners were hiking. An unknown suspect took a blunt force object and broke the rear window of a 2004 Nissan Murano. The suspect(s) never gained entry into the vehicle. Suspects are pending further investigation.

Items stolen: 1997 Palo-Fil RV camper, white and purple in color

On 08-12-2011, Deputies responded to an unlawful taking of a motor vehicle at the above stated location. The above stated vehicle was stolen from the driveway of the residence. The theft occurred between the hours of 10:00 pm on 08-11-11 and 5:45 am on 08-12-11. Suspects are pending further investigation.

Stolen items were valued at under $ 5,100.00

ARRESTED: DANIEL J. ROQUILLO, 32 YOA MALE SANTA FE AREA

CHARGES: POSSESSION OF A CONTROLLED SUBSTANCE (HYDROCODONE), POSSESSION OF COCAINE, SERVICE OF DOCUMENTS

ON THIS DATE OFFICER WAS SENT TO AREA DUE TO A SUSPICIOUS VEHICLE. DURNING INVESTIGATION SUSPECT WAS FOUND IN A STALLED VEHICLE AND HAD A WARRANT FOR HIS ARREST. SUSPECT WAS ALSO FOUND TO HAVE HYDROCODONE AND COCAINE IN HIS POSSESSION. SUSPECT WAS ARRESTED AND TAKEN TO THE ADULT DETENTION CENTER AND BOOKED. VEHICLE WAS IMPOUNDED.

ARRESTED: EDWARD D. BUSTILLOS III, 20 YOA MALE, CHIMAYO AREA

CHARGES: POSSESSION OF DRUG PARAPHERNALIA, RESISTING OBSTRUCTING AN OFFICER, CARELESS DRIVING, SUSPENDED LICENSE, CONCEALING IDENTITY, REGISTRATION REQUIRED, SERVICE OF DOCUMENTS.

ON THIS DATE AT ABOVE LOCATION DEPUTY WAS LOOKING FOR VEHICLES THAT WERE REPORTED DRAG RACEING IN THE AREA. DEPUTY OBSERVED A 2000 CHEVY CAMARO COMING AROUND A CURVE IN THE MIDDLE OF THE ROADWAY AND THEN RUN OFF OF THE ROADWAY THREE TIMES. DURING INVESTIGATION IT WAS FOUND THAT THE DRIVER AND PASSENGER HAD SWITCHED PLACES BEFORE STOPPING, DUE TO ABOVE LISTED SUSPECT HAVING A WARRANT FOR HIS ARREST AND DRIVING ON A SUSPENDED LICENSE. SUSPECT WAS ALSO FOUND TO HAVE DRUG PARAPHERNALIA AND EXPIRED REGISTRATION. SUSPECT WAS ARRESTED ON ABOVE LISTED CHARGES AND TAKEN TO THE ADULT DETENTION CENTER AND BOOKED. PASSENGER RECEIVED CITATIONS AND RELEASED. VEHICLE WAS IMPOUNDED
