Location:  4600 block of Airport Road, Santa Fe, NM (Casitas MHP)

On above date and location, Deputies responded in reference to a Residential Burglary. Upon my arrival, I spoke with above listed vicitm who stated that she left her residence at approximately 9:30 AM, and returned at approximately 11:45 AM. Victim further advised that upon her arrival home, she found the front door to her residence opened and the 32" Magnavox TV was taken from within.   No signs of forced entry were observed. Estimated damage amount is $370.00.

Victim reported on 8/4/11 between the hours of 1:00pm and 10:30pm unknown suspect entered the victim's home by forcing open an exterior door and stole the above listed items from within.

ON THIS DATE AT ABOVE LISTED LOCATION VICTIM REPORTED THAT SOMETIME THIS DATE SUSPECT (S) FORCED A WINDOW OPEN ON THE NORTH SIDE OF HER HOUSE AND ENTERED.  SUSPECT (S) THEN REMOVED ABOVE LISTED ITEMS AND FLEED THE AREA.  ITEMS VALUED AT $410.00.  CASE IS UNDER INVESTIGATION AT THIS TIME.

On the above date unknown suspect(s) unlawful gained forced entry to the above stated address. Once inside the unknown suspect(s) removed the above stated items. This case is pending further investigation.

The above listed stolen items were valued at about $ 1500.00

Victim reported that sometime within the last three months an unknown person entered his 1998 Honda and stole the above item.  No forced entry was noted and the location of incident is unclear.  The handgun was entered into NCIC.  Case is under investigation.

On 08/03/2011 the Sheriff''s Office conducted an investigation involving allegations the above suspect committing the above listed crimes on a 10-year-old female.  The investigation revealed enough probable cause to place the suspect under arrest for the above listed crimes.

MISSING PERSON: RICHARD VANSICKLE, 72 YOA MALE, SANTA  FE AREA

ON THIS DATE AT ABOVE LISTED LOCATION, VICTIM WAS REPORTED MISSING BY HIS ROOMMATE.  VICTIM WAS LAST SEEN ON aUGUST 2ND, 2011 AROUND 9:30PM, WHEN HE LEFT HIS HOUSE AFTER RECEIVING SOME BAD NEWS.  VICTIM WAS REPORTED TO BE WEARING A BROWN IN COLOR T-SHIRT AND BLUE JEANS AND CARRYING A PORTABLE OXYGEN MACHINE,  VICTIM LIKE TO RIDE THE RAIL-RUNNER AND GO TO aLBUQUERQUE AND STAY IN CHEEP HOTELS. CASE IS UNDER INVESTIGATION AND VICTIM IS ENTERED INTO NCIC AT THIS TIME.

On August 3, 2011 deputies responded to the above location in reference to a Residential Burglary.  Victim stated that unknown person(s) gained entry into his home through an open bedroom window that contained a small external air conditioning unit.  Entry was made into the residence sometime between the hours of 10:00am and 1:00pm.  The above items were taken from inside the residence.  There were no signs of forced entry.  Case still under investigation.
