Victim reports unknown male subjects gained unlawful entry into his red in color Chevy 1500 pick-up through an unlocked door around 0045 hours.  Victim reports his wife heard someone close a vehicle door around this time.  Victim advised he went outside and discovered someone was in his truck. Victim stated another suspect was standing outside as well. Victim stated he chased the suspects on foot, but was unable to keep up with them. Victim stated the suspects dropped his car stereo when they jumped a fence but it was missing the detachable face plate. Case still pending investigation.

Victim reports sometime between the hours of 2:15pm and 8:50pm unknown person(s)gained unlawful entry into the above residence through a rear living room window.  Once inside the above items were stolen. Case still pending investigation.

Stolen: 47" LG Flatscreen TV, HP Pavillion laptop

Victim reported that sometime between 10:15am and 12:30 pm on 1-25-12 unknown suspect(s) gained unauthorized entry into her residence by kicking in the rear north facing door to the residence. Once inside the suspect(s) stole the above stated items. Case is still under investigation

Victim reported that sometime between 8:00am and 4:30 pm on 1-25-12 unknown suspect(s) gained unauthorized entry into her residence by shattering a kitchen window. Once inside the suspect(s) stole the above stated items. Case is still under investigation

Victim reported to Deputy that sometime between 12:30 PM and 3:00 PM , unknown persons forcibly entered her home and stole the listed items. The case is currently being investigated. 


Case#:  0212001358/ Burglary, Larceny, Criminal Damage to Property/ Date:  01/25/12

Location:  4600 block of Airport Road, Santa Fe, NM (Casitas MHP)

On 1/25/12 victim reported that some time between 8am and 2pm,  an unidentified suspect forced open the front door and stole an Xbox, a Playstation, a computer, an I-tunes $25.00 gift card, $20.00, and misc video games.  Estimated value of items taken is $1465.00.  When suspects kicked in the door it swung open and caused it to hit the wall putting a hole in it.  Estimated damage amount is pending.


0212001331 Unlawful Taking of a Motor Vehicle 01/25/12

Stolen: Avocado Green in color 2006 Ford F-150, Steel Chain Saw, 2 DVD payers, Several music cd's, 2 Black Jacket's, Misc. Tools & $100.00 cash

Wed., January 25, 2012 just before 0700 hours, the victim went to his driveway and started his 2006 Ford F-150 truck. Victim advises he was in his residence for one to two minutes when he thought he heard his truck driving away. He ran outside and his truck was gone. Also stolen were the item's listed above which were inside the vehicle at the time it was stolen.. The vehicle was entered into NCIC

Damaged: Damaged Doors X2, glass window panes x7, exterior light

Property maintenance manager reported unknown suspect's gained unlawful entry into the tool storage units on the property some time during the night. Once inside the storage units the suspect's damaged the above windows stored inside. He also reported suspects damaged an exterior motion light located on the property. The above damage to doors was caused by suspect's forced entry. No items were reported stolen at time of report. The above listed item was valued at about $1300.00


Case# 0212001330 Aggravated Assult Against a Household Member

Location:  6100 Block of Airport Road, Santa Fe, NM

Victim:  Female, 41, Santa Fe, NM

Suspect:  Male , 44, Santa Fe, NM

On Saturday, January 21, 2012, the suspect and victim were involved in a verbal altercation at the location when the suspect pointed a 9MM pistol at the victim's head.  The suspect then struck the victim on the head with the pistol.  The suspect and victim are boyfriend and girlfriend .  The victim required no medical attention.  The suspect's whereabouts are unknown at this time.


Case#:  0212001322/ Burglary, Larceny/ Date:  1/24/12

Location:  residence off of Cowboy Lane, Espanola, NM (Arroyo Seco)

ON 1/24/12 deputy was dispatched to above location in reference to a burglary.  Victim stated that between 0830 and 1230 hours unknown persons unlawfully entered her residence through an unsecured back door.  Victim stated unknown persons took an Xbox, a controller, and 1 DVD.  Estimated value of items taken is $325.00.  No damage was done to the residence.
