On 2/12/12 victim's brother reported that some time between 10:00pm on Saturday, February 11, 2012 and 1:20pm on Sunday, February 12, 2012 someone broke the left front window to the vehicle and unlocked the door. Prior to breaking the window unknown suspects tried to pry the door. He stated someone stole a Sony car stereo and 45 music CDs. Estimated value of items taken is $500.00. Estimated damage amount to window and door is $700.00.

On this date Deputies responded to the above road in reference to an unattended death. The victim (81 year old female) was found unresponsive by family members in her bedroom. It was undetermined at this time what the exact cause of death was but appears to be of natural causes. There were no signs of foul play at the scene. Family members advised the victim was a Hospice patient.

On 2-11-12, jail personnel were conducting a cell check of the segregated inmate. The search revealed the inmate was found to be hiding a controlled substance in her cell. The substance was field tested and the female was charged and booked accordingly

On 2-11-12, jail personnel observed a female inmate acting nervous and suspicious in her cell. A strip search was conducting and the female inmate was found to be hiding a controlled substance in her vaginal area. The substance was field tested and the female was charged and booked accordingly.

On this date Deputies responded to the above address in reference to a burglary Victim stated the unknown suspect(s) forced entry into the residence by throwing a cinder block at the glass window to the front door. The suspect(s) then entered and removed the above items from the home.
The above listed stole item was valued at about $2700.00

Arrested: Lynn Kelly, 63-year-old female from Santa Fe N.M.
On 02/11/2012 at about 12:30a.m. Deputies were dispatched top the area of US 84/285 northbound in Pojoaque in reference to a report of a reckless driver, a white in color Toyota Rav 4 weaving. Deputies located the vehcile and observed it weaving in and out of it's lane. A traffic stop was conducted and contact was made with the driver, Mrs. Kelly who was found to be intoxicated. She was arrested accordingly.

Arrested: Susan Thornton, 43-year-old female from Santa Fe N.M.
On 02/11/2012 at about 12:35p.m. Mrs. Thornton pulled up to the scene of a traffic stop to check on her friend who had been stoped by Deputies. Mrs. Thornton was found to be under the influence of alcohol and was placed under arrest.

Location: 1700 block of State Road 14, Galisteo, NM
On 2/9/12 between 1500 and 1530 hours unknown persons took a 1970's model Oldsmobile from the area for scrap metal. While leaving the area unknown persons backed into the fence and caused $200.00 worth of damage. Estimated value of the vehicle is unknown due to the vehicle being parked in the area for 20 years.
