On 12/8/11 deputy responded to the Santa Fe Police Department in reference to a identity theft. Victim stated that her probation officer had called her and stated that someone was booked under her name and date of birth. Victim stated that the probation officer showed her the photo and she stated that it was a friend of hers. Victim stated that she needed to file a report to clear her name from the recent incident.

Victim reported that the above suspect refused to pay for food, got angry and knocked over a cash resister. The suspect also kicked the store attendant, and threw food at him. She was detained and taken into custody.
The above damaged item is valued at about $2,500.00

Deputy was dispatched to a battery incident at The Santa Fe County Adult Detention Center. The above suspects were observed on surveillance fighting with each other. Both subjects were re-booked into ADC for battery.

Deputies were dispatched to a welfare check at the above location. A child, age 9 was located alone in the residence, upon investigation it was found that the suspect leaves the child alone throughout the evening until 3:00 a.m. Suspect was booked for Abuse of a Child and Abandonment of a child.

CHARGES: DRIVING ON A REVOKED LICENSE, FAILURE TO STOP SIGN
ON THIS DATE AT ABOVE LISTED LOCATION SUSPECT WAS OBSERVED GOING THROUGH INTERSECTION AND DID NOT STOP AT POSTED STOP SIGN. SUSPECT WAS STOPPED AND FOUND TO HAVE A REVOKED DRIVERS LICENSE DUE TO A DWI CONVICTION. SUSPECT WAS ARRESTED FOR ABOVE LISTED CHARGES AND TRANSPORTED TO THE ADULT DETENTION CENTER AND BOOKED. THE VEHICLE WAS SEIZED BY THE SHERIFF'S OFFICE.
