Victim reported that between March 10, 2012, 10:00 p.m. and March 11, 2012, 5:00 a.m. someone unlawfully gained entry into tow of his vehicle and removed the above stated items, which was a Ford Escape and a GMC pickup truck. Suspects are pending further investigation.
The above items stolen were valued at about $420.00

Suspect: Luis Ornelas, 41 yoa male, SF, NM
Charges: DWI, Driving while license suspended or revoked
Above suspect was observed driving slowly in a 2004 Ford F-150 at the above location. A traffic stop was conducted to check on the driver's welfare. Upon contact with suspect it was found that he was under the influence. Driver admitted to consuming one beer prior to the traffic stop. Field Sobriety tests displayed signs of impairment and suspect was placed under arrest. Suspect sumitted to a breath test which resulted in a breath alcohol content of .13 and .13. Suspect was booked on the above charges.

Above suspect was observed traveling west on Airport Road swerving in a 1990 Honda 4 door. Suspect was stopped and found to be under the influence. Driver refused to submit to Standardized Field Soberity Tests. Suspect was placed under arrest and booked on the above charges.

Victim reported on today's date at or around the time of 1:25 pm a neighbor observed an unknown malesubject trunning from a shed at the said location carrying a brown in color saddle There were no signs of forced entry to the shed. This incident is currently under investigation by the Sheriff's Office.
