ARRESTED: ISAAC GRIEGOVIGIL, 22 YOA MALE AND LUIS MOLINA 26 YOA MALE
CHARGES: POSSESSION OF A CONTROLLED SUBSTANCE AND WARRANT
ON THIS DATE DEPUTIES WERE SENT TO A FIGHT IN PROGRESS AT RANCHO CARRERA ON AIRPORT ROAD. SUSPECTS WERE OBSERVED LEAVING THE AREA. DEPUTY STOPPED SUSPECTS AND FOUND ISAAC GRIEGOVIGIL WITH A BAGGIE OF COCAINE WHICH HE DROPPED ON THE GROUND. LUIS WAS FOUND TO HAVE A WARRANT FOR HIS ARREST. BOTH WERE TAKEN INTO CUSTODY. OTHER PERSONS WERE RELEASED AND LEFT THE AREA. BOTH LUIS AND ISAAC WERE TRANSPORTED TO THE ADULT DETENTION CENTER AND BOOKED.

Deputies were dispatched to listed address in reference to domestic dispute. Upon arrival deputies learned that suspect had punched victim in face during an argument. Victim sustained minor visible injuries. Suspect was arrested and taken to jail.

Deputy conducted a traffic stop on the above subject/driver who was impending traffic on State Road 14. Subject was found to have his driving privileges revoked within the State of New Mexico. Subject was taken into custody and transported to The Santa Fe County Adult Detention Center.

On 11/30/11 deputy responded to the Santa Fe Police Department in reference to a fraud. Victim stated that she received a call from her credit card company advising that there was unusual activity on her card in which the transactions were made on November 29, 2011. Victim stated that the transactions totalled in the amount of $500.00. Victim stated that she checked her purse and found that her credit card was missing from her purse.
