On 03/12/2012 between the hours of 9:30p.m. and 10:45p.m. unknown suspect(s) stole the above vehicle from the Cedar Creek Apartments. The vehicle was located at 2:00a.m. on 03/13/2012 after it was involved in a motor vehicle crash on Via Abajo. The driver of the vehicle fled the scene and was not located.

On 3/12/12 deputy was advised that there was an active warrant that needed to be served on an inmate at the Santa Fe County Adult Detention Center. The warrant was out of Douglas County Sheriff's Office in Castle Rock, CO for failure to appear on an Auto Theft. Deputy went and served the warrant and also charged the suspect with Fugitive from Justice. Suspect was booked into the Santa Fe County Detention Center.

Victim reported that sometime between 8:00am and 2:40pm on 3-12-12 unknown suspect(s) gained unauthorized entry into the residence and stole the above stated items. No forced entry was reported. Case is still under investigation.

On 3/11/12 deputies were dispatched to the above location in reference to a burglary. Victim stated between 1030 and 1430 hours unknown persons entered her home by breaking the front window with a large cinder block. Victim stated that the suspects stole a Magnavox TV, a jewelry box, misc. jewelry, an Ipod suffle, a social security card and a passport. Estimated value of items taken is $800.00. Estimated value of the damaged window is $300.00.

Victim reported on today's date between the times of 2:30 pm and 3: 30 pm unknown persons gained unauthorized access into the victim's house and took the above items. There were no signs of forced entry to the residence. This incident is currently under investigation by the Sheriff's Office.

Victim states that she believes that her information was stolen from an ex-employer. Case and suspect is still under investigation.
